You should never have to choose whether you want nachos, tacos, sandwiches, or salads! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thankfully, at @leonorsvegmex + @vegatinos, you can have them all and let me tell you, I DID! 😋👏

I’m still dreaming about it all 😍 + the fact that I ran into infamous vegetarian, (anyone remember his role in My Big Fat Greek Wedding? 😉) John Corbett! 🤗

It was awesome to meet him and his wife, who is vegan too 🌱✌️, and hear about how they’ve been coming to @leonorsvegmex since they opened in the late 80’s! 🙌

I loved hearing the story behind the food, how it’s been family owned and operated and always serving plant based food to the community with love for the past 40 years! 🥰

Plus, the fact that you can get @vegatinos amazing tacos, nachos, horchata, jamaica, and more for dine in or take out from @leonorsvegmex too is EVERYTHING! 😋

So thankful to spend time with both Carol of @vegatinos and Liz of @leonorsvegmex with @elguapinofficial! 🤗 I already can’t wait until I’m in town next to visit again!

BEST VEGAN BREAKFAST BURRITOS IN LA — COMMERCIAL BREAK 🌯🌮

And this is why I had to put you on.

Now here’s a quick commercial break from Best Vegan Breakfast Burritos in LA because baby… it’s Taco Tuesday 😭🌮

I pulled up to @vegatinos ready for a breakfast burrito. Plot twist… they don’t even offer one yet. BUT my good honey Carol said it’s coming sooner than you think 👀 and if you know me, you know I will be back for that.

So since the burrito wasn’t ready, we pivoted. Birria tacos? Divine. Rich, juicy, dunkable. Chile relleno burrito? Stuffed with potatoes and vegan cheese and filling in the best way. Guatemalan tamale wrapped in banana leaf? Flavor on another level. Quesadilla grilled and sauced down properly. And yes; the empanada was from @leonorsvegmex (that’s the building).

Two Latina powerhouses building community through Latin flavor; not just Mexican baby, this is Latin all over. 🇲🇽✨🌏

Breakfast burrito dropping soon… and when it does? YOU ALREADY KNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW! 🗣️
