August you were wild!! Tahoe! Met new friends from @theclevcottoncandyexperience Celebrated my friend @thaon_art opening at the @clevefoundation exhibition “Plentitude” which shines a bright spotlight on Cleveland’s @asiatowncleveland Worked hard at building my business and while balancing family and everyday life! Was a Vendor @westsideblockparty party Southeast Asian Festival! I had so much fun and could not have done it without my friends @smilessss @dunkindonats @leahbabaran hayley thank you with all my heart!! Was so happy to be a part of the @lesdamescle pitch competition at the @clevelandgarlicfestival !! The largest Fundraiser for the @northunionfarmersmarket ! Last ending it @cityofcleveland celebrating Buwan ng Wika with friends!! Which shows respect to Filipino language as well as other indigenous languages 🫶🏾 Can’t wait to see what’s in store for September!!!

Life’s a Pitch! Wow so this is what it’s like on the other side! Each one of the contestants did amazing! I visited the Fidelity Hotel in Downtown Cleveland for the Sante Supper Club, where chef Gabriella Rosa presented Her Table, a dinner series built around her style of cooking and storytelling. It is a shared dining experience where she designs the entire menu herself, drawing on memory, technique and seasonal ingredients, with each course reflecting her point of view as a chef rather than a traditional restaurant format. Rosa went on to The Culinary Institute of America, where she graduated in 2014. After graduation, she moved to California to work at the Michelin-starred restaurant All Spice under chef Sachin Chopra. Two years later, she returned to Cleveland, and shortly after, Good Vibe Pies emerged as her next chapter in food. Good Vibe Pies is a Cleveland-based food business focused on handmade pies and baked goods available for pickup and delivery. The work is small-batch and personal, built around seasonal ingredients and a direct connection to the people ordering it. It extends her cooking beyond restaurant spaces and into everyday homes across the city. I have ordered from her many times for home delivery, and every time the food arrives with consistency and care. Chef @gabriellamrosa made us an amazing meal, full of heart, flavor, and Italian simplicity at its best🇮🇹 Savory mini mortadella cannoli was💥 Les Dames d’Escoffier CLE chapter was the nonprofit honored that night @lesdamescle 🫶🏼 And my girl @tadsmith13 with @drinkauragen was serving up her line of refreshing adaptogen-herb infused bevs, you can find them at @verbenafreespirited in Ohio City And omg- if you haven’t been to the @fidelityhotelcleveland - you need to GO. RIGHT NOW. GO! Go for a night, go for a breakfast, go for a drink, or just go and appreciate my friend @cliffelkristenart art installations in the front entry.
