[link in bio 🔗] When I scroll through Instagram, I mostly see two extremes: people coaching others on how to live, grow, and heal… and people so hurt that their content feels heavy and dark or cynical. But where do most people belong? In the journey maybe, mostly processing. I wanted to create something different. A space where we can actually be ourselves, share what we’ve learned, and maybe help someone else do the same. This is why you'll notice that my posts are pretty personal, plus things I tried over the years and actually worked. You don’t need to have it all figured out to share your story. Sometimes, just showing up and putting it into words is what starts the healing. We can motivate each other, laugh at our failures, talk about our pain, not to glorify it, but to process it and move forward. If your life experience can help even one person feel a little less alone, this community is for you. You can submit your story in Arabic or English and yes you can share more than one lesson! 🖌 Share your story | [link in bio 🔗] #lftcommunity #lessonsfromtomorrow #healingtogether #mentalhealthawarenessmonth #growthnotperfection #storytellingheals #mindgains Join the movement: Life moves quickly, and we often overlook the moments that bring the most joy because we are stuck in harder ones. This community was created to heal together so that we can enjoy life and make better memories. It is for the ones who figured it out to be heard, and the ones who still are, to grow.. A safe space to share your experience about life and anything around it. Completely Anonymous, unless you want to be featured. A chance to be heard. Your story might help shape someone's life.
