Popped my retreat cherry with the @breathoflife808 ohana @haleakua last month here on the island of Maui πŸ’šπŸŒ± absolutely in love with everything that was curated by this incredible and intuitive group of facilitators @breathoflife808 @paulina.tnt @aundriacase @amanda.yogi 🀍 also fell in love with the connection and community created by all the participants. My breath of life family, thank you for such a transformative experience πŸ«‚πŸ™πŸ»πŸ©΅ I think what sticks out most about this retreat is the profound healing that occurs through the breathwork and IFS therapy. It’s not just a retreat, it’s like years of therapy combined with everything else a retreat has to offer, and then some. Waterfall hikes, high vibrational house parties, PAUNDI, homemade meals made with love by @spencer__sherman & late night giggle fests with the girls πŸ’› Going to share more about my personal journey during the breathwork and IFS sessions in part two, stay tuned ❀️‍πŸ”₯ Mahalo nui loa to the breath of life family for an unforgettable time together and to @nickricca for capturing all the magic πŸ“ΈπŸͺ„πŸ₯Ή
