Such a lovely day attending Creators Day 2026 with Collabs with Shae. It was wonderful meeting some incredible talented local ladies, sharing ideas, having plenty of laughs and seeing everyone’s work come together. I also loved seeing some of my Opal Tide Studio pieces included in the day and photographed in such a beautiful settings. A great day of creativity, connection and supporting local businesses. 🥰🥰

There is something so powerful about what happens when women stop trying to do it all alone and come together to create something bigger than any one of us. 🤎

CO CREATE was never built by one person.

It was built through the women who shared their ideas, their energy, their businesses, their creativity, their time and their hearts to bring this experience to life.

This is what community looks like.

Not one woman standing at the centre, but a union of women bringing their individual gifts to the table and creating something that none of us could have created alone.

To every woman who contributed to this day, in big ways and small, thank you.

And to every woman who showed up and experienced it with us, thank you for being part of the magic.

This is sisterhood.
This is co creation.
This is what becomes possible when we realise we were never meant to build alone. 🤎

The right room changes everything.

The women who clap the loudest when you win.
Who share the opportunity instead of keeping it for themselves.
Who want to see you grow because they know your growth doesn’t take anything away from theirs.

There’s something pretty powerful about being surrounded by women who genuinely want the best for you.

Find those women.
Become one of those women.
And when you find a room that feels like that… stay there 🤎

Today was one of those days that reminds me exactly why I took the leap and moved here 🩷✨

So grateful to have been invited to such an incredible Co-Create event about sales, identity and creation.
The room was filled with uplifting energy, so many knowledgeable women, inspiring conversations and genuine like minded people.

Since moving here, I’ve had some of the most incredible conversations, experiences and opportunities

This was another reminder that sometimes putting yourself out there can lead you to the most amazing people. ✨

Feeling very grateful for the community I’m building here and so excited for what’s to come. 🫶🏼

What a way to kick off an unforgettable weekend. 🙏

Back in January, we met Tracey Mallet in LA and knew we had to bring her to Australia to share her incredible energy, knowledge and signature sass with our Pilates & Co community and team.

Last night did not disappoint.

A Mat class that honoured the classical foundations of Pilates, sprinkled with plenty of Tracey’s signature spice, followed by an honest and inspiring conversation with Roz.

A huge thank you to our friends at @letsgraze.cart for the beautiful post-class grazing table, our generous goodie bag partners, and most importantly, every one of you who came along to move with Tracey.

She left us with one simple reminder that perfectly sums up why we do what we do:

Movement is ESSENTIAL.
