I hear the argument all the time that we can't make judgements on how people make their covenants because it is between them and God. Covenants are personal and at the end of the day, only He knows our heart. But I think He also wants us to help others understand and live their covenants. What we do matters because people are watching.

He is tough! He can carry anything you throw His way. You don’t have to be perfect to come to Him and ask for His help, just do it!

I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day saints and…

**We do NOT believe our works save us. Christ does.**

Through His infinite mercy and grace, Jesus Christ saves mankind from death through His Resurrection. That is His gift. We cannot earn it.

Where our theology differs is **exaltation**.

The restored gospel teaches one of the most expansive views of Christ’s saving power: **His victory over death extends to ALL mankind.**

But God still honors our agency. We choose the kind of covenant relationship we want with Him through our choices, covenants, and discipleship.

**Grace comes first. Christ saves. And our works reveal what we choose to do with that incredible gift.
