Standalone 10k what an event! We’ve been one of the sponsors for a few years now and it really is one of those events that makes Letchworth such an amazing place! Thank you @north_herts_road_runners for organising and all of the volunteers on the day! It was great to see so many customers and familiar faces enjoying (partially) the run 🏃 🏃‍♀️ Did you run? How did you get on? Did you enjoy the bypass? #cafe #letchworthgardencity #loveletchworth #running

Some easy meals, and good inspo from another week of a vegan who lifts weights and enjoys her food 🙂‍↕️. . #vegan #foodie #plantbased I use soy milk in my pancakes and add 1 scoop of chocolate or vanilla H&B protein powder to a pancake mix, I then top with Alpro protein yogurt for a pancake packed with around 30-35g protein A staple in this house and one of my favourite go to breakfasts, I sometimes fancy it up with a mix of berries and toasted coconut chips Fed is alwasy better, and sometimes we need a comfort meal, instead of taking my comfort meal out of my weekly food plan I add to it. So I add mock meat for protein and a can of sweetcorn for easy veg, it's not perfect but it's food. My go to for work if I have a gym session that evening, oats, soy milk, maple, fresh raspberries or bluberries and a few choccy chips On Mondays at work we have family meal and I honestly enjoy cooking it up, it also means I can make something balanced for the team. This is a pancake off our menu but I adapted it by not cooking it in oil and adding crumbled tofu for more protein. The quickest way to become my enemy is withhold my caffine fix, I'm just a girl who wants her latte, and the bonus of working in a cafe attached to a roastery is getting the best coffee in town to start my Monday mornings. Right - these are a supper easy way to pack in veggies & protein, red peppers, onions, mushrooms, faux beef, avocado, fresh tomatoes, and we use Alpro greek yogurt instead of sour cream Not every meal looks pretty, as I know my weekends are normally packed and busy I normally meal prep on a Wednesday/Thursday to last until Sat eve. This week we made a sweet & normal potatoe jerk curry, which we had with roasted Jackfruit rice and homemade seitan pieces

He wanted sub 27:30 5K. I had a pushchair and a job to do 😂 There’s something ridiculously satisfying about helping someone chase a time. Told him to stick with me and we’d get him there. 27:03. Job done. 👊🏿 Daddy Daughter Run Club taking pacing duties very seriously. 😂❤️
