Playing football taught me the game. Coaching has taught me people. One of the biggest things I’ve learned through coaching is that leadership isn’t about treating everyone the same. Every athlete is different. Some need to be challenged. Some need confidence. Some need patience. Some need to hear the truth even when it’s uncomfortable. My job isn’t just to teach technique or help someone become a better football player. It’s to learn who I’m coaching, meet them where they are, hold them to a standard, and help them become better than they were when they came to me. The older I get, the more I realize that some of the greatest lessons football has given me have very little to do with football. The game is the vehicle. People are the purpose. That’s leadership. Impact Over Influence. What’s one lesson a coach taught you that has stayed with you? #ImpactOverInfluence #Leadership #Coaching #DiAndreCampbell #TheWarriorWay

Forever thankful for this life and the opportunity I get to wake up every day doing what I love. There was a time when I remember sitting on the couch thinking, “Man, I wish I had somebody to train today.” I dreamed about being busy all day working with athletes, sharing what I’ve learned from this game, and helping the next generation become better. Now I’ve been blessed to travel near and far doing exactly that. Coaching. Teaching. Serving. Pouring into athletes. Watching them grow, gain confidence, get better, and most importantly—have fun playing this game. I continue doing my part to give these athletes the knowledge, experiences, opportunities, and belief that can help them make the most of theirs. Football has given me so much. Being able to give back through it has become part of my purpose. I prayed for days like these, so I’ll never take them for granted. A life of purpose. A life of service. A life worth living. IMPACT OVER INFLUENCE. #DiAndreCampbell #Coach #Trainer #WarriorAcademy #LevelUpCamp CampbellConsulting

The real flex for me is how many lives I can impact through this game. No clout chasing. No gimmicks. Just real information, real-life experiences, genuine relationships, and opportunities to help change someone’s life for the better. That purpose is what led me to start @warrior.acad, and that same passion for impact grew into the collaborative partnership that helped create @levelupcamp_. Football has given me so much as a player, but I’ve always believed that what you receive means more when you find a way to pour it back into the next generation. Every workout. Every camp. Every conversation. Every correction. Every piece of knowledge I can pass down is another opportunity to leave somebody better than I found them. I’m thankful every time I’m given the opportunity to pour into these athletes because I know the impact goes far beyond the football field. My legacy won’t be measured by what I collected—it’ll be measured by the lives I touched. You can chase everything else. I’m chasing IMPACT. Impact Over Influence. #DiAndreCampbell #Coach #Trainer #Football #PurposeDriven

The reason I didn’t get cut by the @49ers didn’t start when I got to the NFL—it started when I was in high school. I played both sides of the ball, which is why I was recruited as an athlete, not just a wide receiver. At the @uw_football , I learned every receiver position, and that versatility gave me more opportunities to get on the field. During my rookie with the 49ers, that foundation carried over. Understanding multiple positions and seeing the game from different perspectives helped me contribute on offense and special teams. The faster I could process the game, the more valuable I became. That’s why Coach @taz.stevenson and I built @levelupcamp_ the way we did. We don’t just train athletes to master one position—we teach them to understand the game. The more you know, the more valuable you become. We don’t just develop positions. We develop complete football players. #DiAndreCampbell #Nfl #49ers #Coach #LevelUpCamp

4 YEARS. COUNTLESS ATHLETES. ONE MISSION. CHANGE THEIR LIVES FOR THE BETTER. Almost every @levelupcamp_ athlete who stepped onto our field for our camp last summer went on to have an incredible fall season. They became starters, playmakers, captains, and leaders. They helped their youth and high school teams compete for—and win—championships. Others earned All-League honors, broke school records, and continued building toward college scholarship opportunities. That’s what Level Up Camp is all about. For 4 years, we’ve been committed to giving athletes the coaching, knowledge, and confidence they need to maximize their potential. We don’t just teach drills—we teach the details, mindset, and habits that translate to success when the lights come on Friday and Saturday nights. Watching these athletes grow from camp participants into impact players has been the greatest reward of this journey. Thank you to every athlete, parent, coach, and organization that has trusted us over the last four years. Your belief in our mission has allowed us to impact the next generation through the game we all love. We’re just getting started. Here’s to Year 4 and to helping even more athletes elevate their game, earn opportunities, and become leaders on and off the field. 🎥: @tjfarmanvisuals #LevelUpCamp #Seattle #Football #Development #SummerCamp

The difference is intentionality. At Level Up Camp, we don’t believe in showing up just to run athletes through drills. We’re not in the business of wasting your time or your money. Every drill has a purpose. Every rep has coaching behind it. Every athlete receives instruction, feedback, and development they can take back to their team. Our goal isn’t just to make athletes sweat, it’s to help them be more confident, elevate their IQ, play faster, and better football players. If you’re investing in your athlete, make sure you’re investing in a program that invests right back. 🏈 LEVEL UP CAMP – 4 YEAR ANNIVERSARY 📍 Chief Sealth Stadium | Seattle, WA 📅 Saturday, August 1 ⏰ 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM 👥 Football Athletes | 3rd Grade – High School Come celebrate 4 years of developing athletes the right way. #levelupcamp #seattle #washington #footballcamp #anniversary
