Why Velocity Lab? It’s about knowing exactly what to improve. Each athlete starts with a doctor led performance evaluation designed to identify the athlete’s strengths and limitations and tell us precisely where we can make the biggest impact. The 6 week training block is then tailored to each individual athlete to maximize performance and improve upon their metrics. Ready to see what we unlocked? At the end of the training block we will do a final retest. Test. Train. Retest. Build the athlete and unlock your velocity. Who’s ready to join the lab??💪 link in bio to apply! #saladotx #texasbaseball #texasoftball #youthbaseball #softball

Messing up is allowed. Giving up is not. I fell… got back up… and kept going until I cleared it. Progress isn’t perfect, it’s persistence. Hard work God first! Thanks coach @levyhammack 💪🏼
