Almost 50 people came outside last night in the coldest weather we’ve had for a while to push a monster session 💀

Members came out to train for our upcoming half marathon. To get faster. To try something new for the first time. To join their friends. To try out what they’ve been seeing for ages ..

Last night ARC teamed up with @findmorefitness to bring people one of the toughest sessions the track has seen.

Endless burpees paired with endless laps 😵‍💫🫨

It was a special moment to say the least. Bringing out 50 people to light up the track, with a bunch of new faces - the biggest number we’ve seen yet. With no plans of slowing down ARC stays in pole position.

Huge shout out to @callmeomari_ for bringing his energy, community and specialties to the club 🎖️

Let me tell you about my team of hitters today 🎯

Newport Carnival 5k was a challenge to say the least. A 5k sprint in 25degree heat is no joke. But regardless, everyone you see in the pic SECURED a PB‼️🏆🗣️

Three members had their first race today ! Which deserves an applause on its own. 👏🏽
Everyone else finishing between 16 - 20 mins. And if that’s not impressive enough then we don’t know what to tell you.🥇

From our members who came out to support to our members taking it on, your all cherished. Everyone crossed the line with respectable times 💥

@bcs_eventsmk @newportpagnellcarnival - thank you for the hospitality and amazing event 🤝🏽❤️‍🔥

Race week is upon us again and as you know this is where ARC thrives🔥

Last night was the final tune up session before some of the members take on Newport carnival 5k this weekend - Big shoutout to @bcs_eventsmk for accommodating and working with us to ensure our club is taken care of. 🤝🏽

Last night was strictly speed❗️let’s see how well the trench work translates to a race day performance 🏆

If you’re there racing or supporting - good luck to each of you. Watch out for us on the day, PB’s are looming 👀 let’s see who from the race team can pull it out the bag - Blink & you might miss us 🏃🏽‍♂️💨
