POV: I attempted the transition trend… and somehow the recovery drink stole the spotlight. 😂🥤

Post-workout = sorted with my go-to, the 32Gi Protein Carb Recovery Drink 💪 Plant-based, packed with 20g of protein + 3g leucine to help support muscle recovery after those tough sessions. Now if only it could recover my editing skills too. 😅

What a weekend. It’s taken a few days to really let it all sink in. That feeling of being part of something so special that you almost can’t believe it, like you’re just lucky to witness it ✨

This weekend @lisabone_ won the Cape Town Cycle Tour. The team went in with a plan, every single person played their role, and Lisa finished it in the most perfect way possible. I couldn’t be more proud to be a part of @cycle_nation 💙

Lis, you deserve this moment so much. The first photo pretty much sums it up, you, Milly and I train together almost every single day. We’ve seen the early mornings, the sacrifices, the hard work, the tears (both the good and the tough ones), and we’ve watched you grow into the amazing rider you are today (Let’s not forget our early Grosvenor days🤪).

Thank you to everyone who made this weekend possible! @cycle_nation @enzaconstruction @tractionel @soxfootwear @cadencenutrition🫶🏻
