🌲 CAMP SKYTENT IS BACK FOR 2026! 🌲

Escape the noise. Sleep in the trees. Wake up with birdsong.

Camp SkyTent is officially open for another season, and we can’t wait to welcome you back to the woods! Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, a weekend around the campfire, or an unforgettable group adventure, we’ve got a spot waiting for you.

🏕 Four unique campsites:
🌲 TreeTopper (our legendary original!)
🌿 Willow
🧚 Fern Gully
✨ Star Gazer

NEW for 2026
🚻 Rustic outhouse
🚿 Solar shower
🔥 Fire pit at every campsite
🪑 At least two chairs at every site (TreeTopper seats five around the fire!)

A special welcome to our new Site Manager, Thomas Esposito, who has been helping make Camp SkyTent even better for every guest.

💲 Everything under $100/night
💚 Ask about multi-night discounts.
🤝 Have a budget? Make us an offer! We’d rather see people enjoying nature than leave campsites empty.

🥁 Ask about Group Camping!
Reserve all four sites and bring up to 12 people for a weekend (or longer) of campfires, hiking, drumming in the woods, stargazing, storytelling, and reconnecting with nature.

Join us this Thursday 7/30 at 6pm for a visit with Lex E. Santi @lex_santi the author of Song of the Midnight Rider!
Come hear an excerpt from the book, a Q&A conversation, and get your book signed! 📖

“The Song of a Midnight Rider is a gritty heart-thrumming novel about the cost of freedom and the lengths we’ll go for redemption. With echos of No Country for Old Men, Jesus’ Son, and the folklore of the open road, Santi’s debut pulses with lyricism, velocity, and grace.”

This image has been quietly guiding the redesign of A Key Therapy.

A key at the center.
Concentric circles.
Movement inward, not outward.

The work we do here has always been about access — not fixing, not forcing, not rushing — but learning how to enter more fully into our own experience. Therapy as a doorway. Mindfulness as a practice of attention. Writing, workshops, and inquiry as ways of staying with what matters.

We’re in the process of building a new website that reflects this more clearly:
a growing clinic, a collective of clinicians, an ecosystem of workshops, writing, and tools — all grounded in the simple instruction to be here now.

This mark isn’t final in the sense of being finished.
It’s directional.

A reminder that the future of this work isn’t about expansion for its own sake — it’s about depth, presence, and opening the right doors, at the right pace.

More soon. —Lex

Photo dump #1 from the most wholesome NY/NJ trip: the horizontally oriented one. lol.

From friends both old and new, to farmers markets, waterfalls and the heart of the city… revisiting places that shaped who I am today with my favorite person. From castles to cemeteries, trains to a stupidly overpriced rental car — and from an otherworldly Hindu temple to an immaculate Catholic church, where I got to witness one of my most beautiful friends marry the love of her life. My heart is overflowing with joy, and my soul feels alive once again. 🤍

Meet our in house Yogi dynamic duo and soon to be married flexy couple Lex & Shona.

Yoga classes are EVERY Saturday at 10 am in the Spear studio.

Lex’s classes are more yin and relaxation based, incorporating poetry and long held poses to recover from CrossFit.

Shona’s classes are influenced by Iyengar yoga and her physical therapy practice – focusing on alignment and movement patterns.

Both are deeply passionate about yoga, their adorable baby boy Gordie, matching their workout clothes, and helping you get more flexible.
