HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my bestest friend in the world!!!

Lexi, I LOVE YOU. A year full of mourning has now turned to dancing. May your sorrows turn to joy and may God uplift you during your 26th year. As I look back through these photos, I’m so thankful for two constants:
1. God has been with us through every up and down.
2. God gave us the gift of eachother and a friendship to withstand the test of time!
FOREVER thankful for this friendship❤️

alright look- I’ve got some serious catching up to do on all the autumn FUN that has been had this year!!!!

fiiiiiiirst up is the girls weekend of my dreams. Seriously thank God that Alexis Claire was able to get her patootie to New England. we sailed and ate our way through Portland, ME and we perused the Massachusetts countryside to visit some of the dreamy film locations of our favorite movie (little women!!!!!!) and we hardly slept and we yapped for precisely 3572894715717739 hours.

iiiiiiiiiit was everything my heart was needing!!!!!!!! it is really really hard to walk through life so far apart from this soul sister. and there has been some real life to walk through lately. finally having Lexi within my reach was literally cathartic.

Jesus, thank you thank you thank you for sisterhood, and for your unending faithfulness, and for coastal getaways and rural beauty. we are completely obsessed with you and perpetually in awe of your kindness to us; your redemption and mercy so vibrantly on display in something as seemingly insignificant as a girls weekend. we just cannot thank you enough. thank you for this refreshment and joy. we love you, Lord.
