WOW IM SPEECHLESS. FIRST SHOW IN THE BOOKS🥳!!!!!
mentally and physically I’ve grown SO much as a person. I’m so proud of myself. prep challenges you everyday and so proud of myself for giving it my all. One of the biggest things I’ve learned is your mindset is your outcome& what you tell yourself you will do. believe in urself and do those hard things.

I’m beyond grateful for my coach @coachkilday for guiding me, supporting me, and constantly pushing myself to become better. I’ve been with Haley for 4+ years and she has helped me in so many ways to be where I’m at today. couldn’t have done this without you. 🥹🧡

To my family and friends that were with me along this journey thank you for always pushing me, listening to me having crash out moments, and being there for me through the highs and lows. You guys mean SO much to me. Couldn’t have done it without you all. Love u all.🧡🧡🧡

Thank you to everyone who came to my show and supported me it meant the world to me!!!!!🧡 the crowd at the show was INSANE I LOVE U ALL thanks for losing your guys voice for me🧡🧡🧡
AND FINALLY…. I PLACED 2nd!!!! did qualify for nationals and to keep grinding in the gym for my next show!! still in shock and SO EXCITED FOR THE FUTURE. I talked to the judges after and got really good feedback and some things to tweak for my next shows!!! I absolutely LOVEDDD being on stage and had the most fun I’ve ever had, in my element up there. This sport has changed me so much and this is only the beginning. fell in love with bodybuilding and I’m so excited to keep grinding, growing, and see where this journey takes me.

THIS IS BODYBUILDING…

Coaching 3 clients and competing at the same time into a bikini competition was HARD.

I had a stress knot in my back all day long, I felt like I was always 1 step behind what was needed to get done, and keeping y’all updated as best I could was a TRIP!

(I almost had a mental breakdown after finding that I’d lost one of my dangle earrings… but @andrea.ekiko came in clutch and found it backstage on the floor 😭😭😭 THANK YOU ANDREA!)

HOWEVER, I wouldn’t trade this experience for the world. I am BEYOND proud of each of my clients who competed over the weekend: @lilyherrr @missroxtar @lexielitlifts

I had front row seats to watching them ALL experience a new side of competing with a TEAM. A unit of support is EVERYTHING bts during the chaos of show day.

Watching you all overcome the mental challenges of the day inspired me to be bold and courageous on that stage. Thank you for showing up for me as much as I showed up for you 🌹🤝✨

All 3 were so wonderful to coach through this prep and thank you for sharing the stage with me as a competitor as well. 🏆

I hope you know ALL of you made me SO proud on Saturday. 🥹

Now let’s reverse out of this prep, and come back stronger for the next one. 🏆🏆🏆

This weekend looked a little different than I planned…

I was supposed to be on that stage—but life had other plans.
And instead of competing, I got to stand beside it.

Handing out awards, cheering people on, and still being part of something I love… it meant more than I expected.

A reminder that even when things don’t go the way you hoped, you can still show up. You can still support. You can still be part of the community that’s given you so much.
