It’s was a 135lb rep day! Proud how these women went from never touching weight, to believing in themselves and working up to being able to rep 135lbs in the workouts we did today. They fought through every progressive overload that was in my program to get them to this point. It’s not how fast can I change my body my mind, it’s the time you put in to help you remain strong to never go back to the old you. It’s what your foundation is built from the time you work in changing bad habits into good ones.

6 week Transformation to Conversion

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: ALEXIA 🔥

In July, Alexia weighed 271 lbs.
Today, she weighs 230 lbs.
That’s 41 pounds down — but the real transformation happened in her mindset.
She committed to the meal plan.
She changed the way she eats.
She pushed through discomfort.
She stayed consistent when it wasn’t easy.
And now?
She’s motivated.
She’s confident.
She’s giving advice to others.
That’s what happens when you stop playing with your goals.
At Fitness Junkie’s Gym, we don’t just train bodies — we build discipline.
If you’re ready to change your life like Alexia did, message us “TRANSFORM.”

I never got to say a proper goodbye or until next time due to Covid, so coming back was something I didn’t know I needed until I was here. It felt good to see everyone in their bags and doing their thing fr. A HBCU is more than just a place to get an education, but a place to build a family. Virginia State University helped mold and shape me into the person I am today and I will forever be grateful to the faculty, friends, family and experiences I’ve made there.
To my HBCU, Thank you 🧡💙
