5th at the World Rowing Beach Sprints Finals 🇨🇳

It’s been such an honour to be able to represent Great Britain 🇬🇧 this season at both the World and European championships.

The journey this sport has taken me on has been truly something else, I’ve travelled all over the world to compete amongst the best of the best, met new and incredible people, and really come out of my shell not just as an athlete but also as a person.

But I think my favourite part of this whole experience has been spending time with my brother @callan_wallis who’s always been the one I’ve looked up to whether in rowing or every day life. I feel incredibly lucky and proud to have him as a coach, a brother and everything in between.

The racing out in China was incredible, large swell and a long run on the beach led to the most fun and exciting racing I’ve ever competed in. Unfortunately @louie.walker_rowing and I had some pretty costly mistakes in the first and second time trial making us the last to qualify for the quarter finals and seeded against the fastest in the time trial which saw us knocked out but we didn’t go down without a fight coming in only two seconds behind them putting us as the fastest loser from the quarter finals and also quicker then some of the medallists.

British beach sprints championships 2026 - 3rd in Junior Women's Singles and 4th in the Junior mixed double.

After a long weekend of racing, long drives and more waves than I can count, I'm so proud to have come away from the British Beach Sprint Championships with 3rd in Junior Women's Singles and 4th in Junior Mixed Doubles.

It was a tough few days battling the conditions, but that's what made it so memorable.

Massive thank you to everyone who supported me throughout the weekend, and especially to @allmarkone and @rorycruickshank for the amazing photos and videos that perfectly captured it all.
