POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I spent YEARS trying to figure out how to become more confident, stop caring so much about what other people thought, and actually feel good about who I was becoming.

Somewhere along the way, I started finding books, podcasts, and creators that helped me understand myself differently and actually put some of the things I was learning into practice.

These are a few of the resources that stood out to me the most and that I still come back to. 🤍

Save this for the next time you need a little mindset reset, and let me know if you want me to share more of the things that have helped me along the way. <3
