We Hold Sessions for fun 😌 DM @rawsstein to join the next one!!

Jhené really brought that classic West Coast energy on the new album 😮‍💨

Standard rules apply: Who knows the original 90s hip-hop track she sampled for this?

👇🏽(Hint: 🧊)

Drop a comment if I should drop Part 2 tonight! 🤫 Tracks 16 has been on complete repeat.

Special thanks to
@reach_la for the space 😌🫶🏾

Should we drop the full !?

Forever with YOU isn’t long enough… but it’s a beautiful place to start. @papiphilly 🤍💍♾️

Thank you to everyone who celebrated this chapter with us and helped make it unforgettable. The time, love, effort, and sacrifices that went into making this day so special mean more to us than words can express. We will NEVER take that for granted.

To our incredibly talented photographer, @carostories 🤍😭📸, THANK YOU for capturing our day with so much heart, artistry, and intention. Every photo tells a story, and because of you, we’ll be able to relive these moments for the rest of our lives.

What a weekend! I’m still reflecting on an incredible time with Team @rising_hearts at the 2026 7th Annual @runjuneteenth ! June has been so much already - celebrating Juneteenth and Pride!

Big shout out and appreciation to all the heart work that @innkeeperfreddie, everyone part of Run Juneteenth and to all the volunteers that made this a special morning and experience. The intention. The community. The trails.

I haven’t raced on trails since 2019. Trail running has been the only thing left for “me” and something I can keep separated and keep the joy there. I love running. Don’t get me wrong. But all the work and advocacy I do, it can be a lot. Exciting. Rewarding. And heavy. Hard. Heartbreaking. And extractive.

So thank you, Freddie. I said this to you via our panel, but having Run Juneteenth made this trail experience back, that much more meaningful, fun and safe. It was so great to see everyone on the trails. To wish them luck, to encourage them. Meet new friends!!!

Again, it was incredible! Thank you everyone who made it fun! And thanks for my family for being here with me!

@alexandria.staten @lexxsaenz @smanitowabi @thexicanaexplorer @meldevoney
To my RH girlies and fam, I love you all so much. Thank you for saying yes! You all are special. I respect you. I value you. I appreciate you. And I’m always here, rooting for you. Can’t wait for the next run!

Thank you to our special funder and connection who have us grant funds to make this experience happen! Last minute. But we planned it. Did it. And ready for the next one. We hope to do the same for next year! Bring 10 runners. And bring a team of volunteers too!

Team Rising Hearts showed up for @runjuneteenth !!!
Wopila tanka, many thanks @innkeeperfreddie for putting on an incredible event, to all the volunteers and community that was part of this.

Rising Hearts runners came from Los Angeles, Albuquerque, Fayetteville, Harrisonburg, and Austin!

We are so grateful for the funding we received via grant that included this as an experience to bring Rising Hearts runners to learn, support and celebrate Juneteenth with community. It was an incredible weekend filled with miles, lots of walking, coffee, great food, pillow fights with kiddos, crazy storms, sun, and visiting the national Museum of African American History and Culture and the National Museum of the American Indian.

We can’t wait for our next event end of July, and things to look forward to in September - DC Half Marathon, Richmond 16.19, Chicago Marathon and Richmond Half and Marathon!

Congratulations to our runners and sisters!!!

Big shout out to @smanitowabi on a strong run and winning overall Female!

Big love and congrats to @lexxsaenz for running her first race ever and half marathon, on a humbling course!!

Congrats to @thexicanaexplorer for a strong run after coming back from a minor injury setback! Now all the miles and fun for your 100 mile training!

Love and gratitude to @alexandria.staten for the energy you bring, running strong, and sharing your story, RUN IN BEAUTY, at the Tribeca Film Festival and with On - Georgetown!

@meldevoney so much love and appreciation to you! You continue to show up for Rising Hearts and community and bringing us all @unicornsnot - glittering our lives up! (Also, Unicorn Snot, shout out to you and please support our next team efforts) 🫶🏽🌈

Missing everyone, already! Thank you to the DC community for welcoming us 🫶🏽

Happy to have met @nativein_la and @rising_hearts this weekend at @runjuneteenth and attend the screening of Run in Beauty this morning 🎞️🏃🏽‍♀️, at @on in DC .
Awesome to see brands supporting communities like this, way to go @steve.renee .

Inspired is an understatement after learning about @alexandria.staten ‘s journey to @wser, guided by her grandmother, roots, and resilience.

What made it even more special was bringing my grandma with me. She may not have understood every part of the film, but sharing pieces of the story with her on the drive home meant a lot.

Seeing Indigenous women run with such strength, purpose, and connection to culture and community was powerful and beautiful.
Also couldn’t take my eyes off your beautiful earrings , to hearing your powerful voices and stories, we left feeling deeply inspired and grateful to have met you all 🤎.
