We DO need a women’s retreat. OFTEN! Tag that bestie who needs a night, a weekend a trip or a retreat.

Our @artofliferetreats with meditative watercolor artist, @katiewhiteartist , was fabulous and of course it sold out - FAST.

We painted everyday, we photowalked, we had a heart opening cacao ceremony, daily yoga, live piano yoga nidra, market day, boat and beach day, karaoke, dance parties, gratitude toasts, wine, food (thank you Chef Sarah!), beautiful accommodations (we love you @casafuzetta ) and so many laughs.

If you want to retreat with us, we are down to our last spots for Sardinia, Provence and Croatia in 2026. And we are about to release 2027 lineup.

If you want first dibs for 2027 or one of the last spots for 2026, let me know in the comments or DM me.

Brave Ball 2026 💙

A night filled with purpose, powerful stories, & a reminder of why this work matters. The impact of The CARE Center reaches far beyond one evening, it helps provide healing, advocacy, & support for children right here in our community. It’s a true honor to serve on the Board of Directors for the @carecenterok 🩵 grateful for the friendships made & the work we do!

It’s gala season! It breaks my heart that the work of the @carecenterok is necessary but I’m grateful they’re in our community, healing children from lives of abuse, and truly enjoyed the chance to attend their annual Brave Ball. 💙
.
Loved seeing my dear friend @ashlea__briggs and meeting @nickgallo22 who honestly is so down to earth and fun! Thank you @lezelsafi1 for inviting me and @likes_bikes_anddogs to support this wonderful mission with you. ✨

“Still Running”
48 x 48” Mixed Media on Canvas

Color. Movement. Life.

That’s what this piece is all about—capturing energy you can feel and moments you can’t quite put into words.

I’m honored to have my art featured this Friday night at the Care Center’s Brave Ball, an evening that celebrates courage, healing, and hope. It’s a cause close to my heart, and I’m grateful to be part of something that supports our Oklahoma City community in such a powerful way.

📣Even more excited that the night will be emceed by @nickgallo22 ….going to be an incredible event all around.

If you’re there, come experience the piece in person. All details to the event are shown on the next slide. 💫

Our collaboration with @thenapkingitaly The Napking Italy always brings us pure joy. ✨
At @casa_puglia , we love using pieces from all our local collaborations—bringing them to our table literally and metaphorically.

Every tablecloth tells a story: of artisans we believe in, traditions we want to protect, and friendships that turn into beautiful objects for everyday life. From the loom to the table, it’s all about sharing culture, color, and community—one meal at a time.

This is what Casa Puglia is about:
✨ Local makers
✨ Meaningful collaborations
✨ A table that connects people

Because when craftsmanship meets conviviality… magic happens.
