May this beautiful, newfangled contraption help me make my 20-year-old car last another 20 years — or, at least, help make my commute on Monday possible after running 26.2 miles. (This might’ve been the most consequential trip to the Short North of my life.) Happy new e-bike day, and happy marathon weekend!

Few weeks ago, @lezruncbus held a shoe bedazzle event after their run to allow participants to add alil flair to their run/walk kicks. As unique as each design was, its a good reminder how unique everyone’s fitness journey is. The constant is that everyone’s unique journey belongs. Thank you @lezruncbus for continuing to foster community and creating spaces to allow all to be uniquely themselves.

Looking to spectate for Columbus Marathon? Check out the cheer stations set by our local run clubs!! Running / walking can be tough, but as many of us know, having support on the course is equally as important.

Good luck for all the participants and thank you to the volunteers, staff, and spectators that make @cbusmarathon the most meaningful marathon 🫡

Either swipe to the end or believe me when I say I’d rather be running 20 miles than doing yard work. (Visiting four Metro Parks in one weekend is also a great reminder of how lucky we are to have @cbusmetroparks staff who do that yard work for us to enjoy!)
