We are excited to be hosting our first San Diego Queer History Run! We will be starting at our Tuesday meetup spot, near 6th and Laurel, and stopping at 5 different locations with some sort of queer history to them! This run will cover about a 5k distance and is not a race, but a community run. Huge thank you to @milestonerunning for donating prizes. See you Tuesday! 📍 - Start near 6th and Laurel 🗓️ - Tuesday October 13 ⏰ - 6pm 🌈 - Rainbow attire recommended!

Happy Pride 2.0 to my fellow queer folx in San Diego! While pride lives in this community year round, it’s important to enjoy celebrations of our history, our culture, and our existence during June and July. This years picnic was fabulous & it was so much fun. Thank you to everyone for sharing your kindness, your bird joy, and your true selves!! You are always safe to be yourself with me and any of our awesome queer hikes leaders. Special thanks to Sarah and Krystal for helping put together a thoughtful event 🫶

Transformation Tuesday 🏃🏾‍♂️ • Prehab’s Signature Running Gait Analysis takes the guesswork out of training. Focusing on objective data and 3D motion capture let us help you improve your running mechanics to be more efficient. • Everyone runs differently so don’t listen to your friend as you need your own individual cues based on your own stride. No one is taught how to run, so let us teach you! • #prehab #prehabrun #gaitanalysis #injuryprevention #sportsperformance

Joining completely changed the game for me! I love the San Diego Frontrunners and Walkers!! Not only did I meet an absolutely incredible crew of people, but they’ve become some of my absolute best friends. @f_r_w_s_d Seriously, there is no way I would have crushed my first marathon without their epic support and non-stop motivation! @runrocknroll #rockandrollmarathon @lilyonarun Stepping into a brand-new group can definitely feel a bit intimidating at first, but now? I count down the days until the next meetup and social event and try to arrange run meet ups during the week. If you're on the fence about joining, just do it! 🙂 There are many run clubs out there, so it's all about finding the one that completely matches your vibe! If you're looking for an incredible community, you absolutely have to come check out Frontrunners—this group is seriously awesome and the energy is unmatched. There are other groups too, we had a global running day and met people from @sandiegotrackclub @milestonerunning @tuesdayswaterfrontrun And @lezrunsd joined us last Saturday! 💯 If there's a run club you support, let me know in the comments! And I challenge you to step outside your comfort zone, join a run club and say hello to someone you don't know. 💑 Let's gooooo! ⚡ @nickscanlon @skogyjohnstad @adam.steig @dancingd0c
