The kids are officially back in school… so moms, this one is for us. 😂🙌🏼

After a VERY long summer, I’m sharing a few of my favorite local spots to squeeze in a little pampering between drop-off and pick-up. 💅🏼✨

Manicure that last 4–5 weeks, a lymphatic massage @detoxmassage, a really good facial @georgialeithskin @anna_bear_artistry, @lg.movement , a high-protein smoothie… and perhaps most importantly, NOT cooking dinner. 😂

These are all places I personally love and would recommend to a friend.

Save this for the next time you have a few kid-free hours and need to remember what to do with yourself. 😂🤍

Had the best time reconnecting with Lindsay while I was home teaching at C-Unit! She has a studio (@lg.movement) for anyone in the Bethesda MD + DC area and is a great teacher! I got to take class right before this and also teach a lesson. Thank you for exchanging with me and allowing me to rack your brain about getting into teaching kids Pilates as well. 🙏🏾💕

This is the version of Bethesda and the Washington, DC metro area I post for.

This account is a love letter to Bethesda, Potomac, and DC area. The homes. The neighborhoods. The restaurants we’re always sneaking off to for date night. The coffee runs to @gracestreetcoffee or lunch at @puravidamiami. Sunday mornings at the Bethesda Farmers Market followed by the park for the kids. The small businesses and local spots that give this area its energy. The pockets of Montgomery County that make people move here and stay.

I post for the people who already live here and want to love it more. For the people considering a move to Bethesda and surrounding neighborhoods, trying to picture the life.

For the ones relocating from somewhere that doesn’t feel like home anymore. I started this account back when I bought my first condo in Georgetown, DC to share the decorating process. Now it looks like what we’re doing on the weekend with the kids, where we’re grabbing smoothies @rooted3foods, date nights at @aventinocucina, train rides at Cabin John Park, shows at @imaginationstage and @cabinjohnvillage and the homes I get to walk through every single day.
