What a night at the Long Island Wine & Food Classic at Farmingdale State College! 🔥🍷🎧👨‍🍳 I was excited to host and emcee the evening, help everyone navigate all the incredible food and beverage experiences, spin the soundtrack, and of course serve up some of my signature Beats & Bites along the way. The energy was high, the vibes were great, and by the end of the night we were dancing it out! 🙌

A huge shoutout to Steve McKenna and Taste Long Island Events on another great production — incredibly, this marked Steve’s 106th event! Great working alongside Chef Eric LeVine, Farmingdale State College, the entire event team, and all of the participating restaurants, food trucks, wineries, breweries and spirits brands that made the night such a great showcase of Long Island food, drink and hospitality.

The Northforker Wine & Food Classic turned 5, and it was easily one of the best nights of the summer!

Celebrating 5 years of @northforker_events at @borghesevineyard was such a vibe. They brought together the absolute best local chefs, top-tier restaurants, wineries, and breweries, all serving up incredible bites and drinks. Plus, @inthegroove.band kept the energy up and everyone on their feet all night long!

A grand opening I’ll NEVER forget. 🥹🩵

August 30th was more than just opening the doors to Ruby Impact, it was the beginning of a community, a dream, and something I’ve poured my whole heart into.

What a sweet way to end the summer with @danstasteli White Party and be featured on @danspapers! 🥺🤍

As someone who genuinely loves to dress up, trying out food and going places to eat and drink, it’s such a full circle moment to be featured. What started as simply sharing the things I love has turned into something I get to call my work.

Growing this platform has introduced me to amazing people, brands, local businesses and connections that I never take for granted! And through that I get to host my own intimate events as well! ❤️

It still amazes me that I get to build a life around the things I genuinely love. If sharing this journey inspires even just one person to go after what lights them up, then I served my purpose as content creator! 🫶🏽✨

One of our FAVORITE events of the summer! @danspapers knows how to throw a party, and this weekend’s Dan’s White Party was such a fun celebration of everything we love about the East End — incredible local restaurants, farms, brands, drinks and so many talented people all in one place.

We ate our way through many delicious bites and the drinks truly never stopped. Aperol & Sarti Spritzes, margaritas, wine, SunCruisers, beer and so much more — there was something new to try everywhere you turned.

And then there was the DANCING. 💃🏼 DJ Theo kept the party going all night, and the incredible dancers from Karma & Soul Entertainment brought SO much energy and made the entire night feel like one big celebration. We seriously did not want it to end!

Of course, the best nights are always about who you spend them with. 🤍 We went with our friends @drinkinglongisland and @avellinofarms and had the BEST time together — plus we got to catch up with so many other amazing Long Island creators and influencers throughout the night. One of my favorite parts of events like this is seeing so many people we’ve met through this little corner of the internet all together IRL. 🥹

Dan’s Papers hosts so many amazing summer events every year, celebrating the food, drinks and businesses that make the East End so special, but we have to say… the White Party might officially be our favorite. 🤍🥂

There was a vibe in the air as the sun set over @hallockvillemuseumfarm on the North Fork and we closed out summer at the @danstasteli White party 🤍

The sponsors were incredible.
The drinks were flowing.
The bites were delish.
The music was immersive.
The white aesthetic was flawless.

Being surrounded by women who work hard everyday to build a business bigger than themselves is my favorite place to be… and sometimes we balance that by having a little fun, meeting more incredible people and fueling the mission.

I’m so grateful to get to celebrate another one of our incredible clients this month at the White Party & as much as I hate to see summer go…
