Happy Sunday 💚

Just a little Sunday reminder that it’s absolutely okay to support someone’s small business without buying anything! 🫶

A like, a comment, a share or even a few kind words of encouragement cost nothing, but can mean so much.

Since starting my own little Tropic journey, I’ve realised just how much those small gestures of support really do mean. 💚

You don’t have to love the products, understand the business or even be interested in what someone is selling to cheer them on.

I’m always so grateful for everyone who takes a moment to support me, whether that’s through a purchase, a lovely message or simply showing up on my posts. It genuinely doesn’t go unnoticed. 🥰

We’re all just trying to do something we believe in, and a little kindness and encouragement can go such a long way.

So here’s to cheering each other on, celebrating the little wins and supporting one another, even when we’re on different journeys. 💚

What if £34 was all it took to start feeling better about your skin? 💚

So many people I speak to either don’t have a skincare routine at all, feel overwhelmed by where to start, or have tried product after product without finding something they love.

That’s exactly why I love the Tropic Discovery Kits.

For £34, you can choose from Hydrate, Nourish or Balance and try a complete routine for around 30 days, giving your skin time to actually experience the products rather than judging them after a couple of uses.

And you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’ll help you choose the right kit for your skin and be there if you need any advice along the way.

Plus, with Tropic’s 30-day happiness guarantee, you can try it knowing that if it’s not right for you, you can get your money back.

Sometimes finding your glow really can start with something as simple as giving your skin a little consistency. ✨

Not sure which kit is right for you? Drop me a message and I’ll help you choose. 💚

Honestly… look at them 😍🎄

Seeing the Tropic Christmas collection in real life has made me SO happy. Everything is absolutely stunning and feels so special this year.

I cannot wait to show all my customers these beauties….. Christmas gifting has never looked so good ✨🎁

Which one would you LOVE to find under the tree? 👀

✨ A little bit of Tropic magic… 💚

4,500 Ambassadors. One room. One incredible community.

This year I had to miss the Tropic Glammies because I’m away in Florida, and although I’m having the best time, I was genuinely SO gutted not to be there with my team. 🥹

Seeing all the photos and videos from Birmingham just reminded me how incredible this community really is.

Thousands of people coming together to celebrate achievements, friendships, incredible charity partnerships and so many stories of people whose lives have been changed by simply saying yes to something new.

And that’s what I love most about Tropic.

Yes, the products are incredible… but it’s become so much more than skincare for me.

It’s confidence.
It’s friendship.
It’s opportunity.
It’s pushing yourself out of your comfort zone.
It’s women cheering other women on. 💚

When I joined Tropic, I genuinely had no idea where it would take me or how much I would fall in love with being part of this community.

So while I might have missed the Glammies this year, seeing everything from afar has made me even more proud to be part of it.

Next year though… I am 100% NOT missing it. 😂🥂

Who’s coming with me?! ✨💚

This kind of support will never feel small to me 🥹💚

Every order.
Every like.
Every comment.
Every share.
Every recommendation.

You might just see it as a quick click or an order for some skincare… but I see someone choosing to support me and the little business I’m building. 🥹

There are so many places you could shop, so when you choose me, it genuinely means more than you probably realise.

Thank you for keeping my little dream growing 🌿✨
I appreciate every single one of you. 💚

I BLOODY DID IT 😭😭😭

I honestly don’t even know where to start. I am SO proud of myself, but more than anything, I’m incredibly thankful to every single person who supported me, ordered, shared my posts, messaged me and cheered me on. You’ll never know how much I appreciate it. 💚

I know some people might think, “Why is she so bothered? It’s only a building. You can just go to Tropic HQ.”

And yes… technically, it is just a building.

But to me, this was never really about the building.

I started Tropic genuinely wondering if I could do this at all. I’ve doubted myself more times than I can count. I even had someone message me telling me I was “too ugly to sell skincare.”

And as horrible as that was, it lit a fire in me.

I decided I was going to prove to myself that I could do it. Even if that meant putting myself out there more than I ever had before. Showing my face. Talking on camera. Being cringe. Asking for support. Risking people judging me. And going after something I really bloody wanted.

So yes, it’s a trip to a building.

But to me, walking through those doors will mean I believed in myself enough to get there.

My body is absolutely broken after Snowdon, but I’ve woken up this morning full of emotions and feeling ridiculously proud.

Snowdon at night………wow that was such a challenge, and I kinda loved most of it 🤣 Rain, wind, fog, crazy slippy underfoot, spicy 🌶️ ascents and scree filled descents, but guided by the best people, we did it!!!! All in the name of chest checking and early detection saving lives for @coppafeel

If you had told me when I was diagnosed, that cancer would lead me to a life filled with of adventures and people I absolutely adore, I would never have believed you!!!! @jenni_b_78 and @liann.a33 we absolutely smashed it 🙌🏼

Always lovely seeing our incredible @charity.challenge crew, who honestly are the best in the business for all of this. The organisation, care and support you get walking with these guys is just another level. See you all again in three weeks for the @coppafeel trek at The Lakes 🥾⛰️

I am approaching 4 years since my triple negative breast cancer diagnosis, and I never take a day for granted that I get to still be here to push myself, and live my life to the craziest fullest I can. I have a truely special group of souls around me in life, so how lucky I am to have found such light, from the darkest of times. You can still sponsor me on my link

If you were waiting to see if I did it first, here are the pics. Now to get out for a lush Sunday lunch and to get back to birthday fabulousness 🤩

I didn’t survive cancer to just exist. 🥹

Four years ago I was sitting in a chemo chair, not knowing what my future would look like.

Now I’m saying yes to life… and getting closer and closer to a dream that means more to me than anyone probably realises. ✨

I know the girl sitting in that chemo chair would be so bloody proud of me. ❤️

Keep dreaming. Keep going. This life is for LIVING.

I’ve sat in a room and been told I had cancer.

Publicly chasing a dream suddenly doesn’t seem that scary.

Stay delulu. ✨

What if I tell everyone my dream… and don’t make it? 🥺

This is the part that scares me.

I’ve shared this dream SO much. I’ve asked people to support me, shared my business more than ever and probably made myself cringe a few times along the way. 😂

Because I really want to make it to Tropic HQ. 💚

And now there’s that little voice saying… what if you don’t make it? How embarrassing after telling everyone how much you wanted it.

But I’m trying to remember that there’s nothing embarrassing about wanting something badly enough to actually TRY.

So I’m not giving up yet. 🥹

If you’ve ever thought about trying Tropic, letting me help with your skincare, or even joining my little team and discovering this incredible community for yourself… maybe this is our sign.

Every order. Every share. Every new person who joins me. It all means more than you probably realise.

I’m nervous. I’m hopeful. And I’m still dreaming.

Please help me get to HQ. 💚🙏🏻

Maybe the cringiest thing we can do is spend our lives pretending we don’t care about the things we REALLY want. 🥹

I have a big goal. I want it badly. And I’m done feeling embarrassed about saying that out loud.

Sharing your business isn’t cringe.
Talking about your goals isn’t desperate.
Asking people to support you isn’t embarrassing.

Putting yourself out there when you’re terrified of being judged is BRAVE.

I have until 31st August to achieve my goal and earn my place at Tropic HQ… and I’m going to give it absolutely everything I’ve got. 💚

So yes, you’ll probably see me talking about it again 😂

Because I’d rather be the girl who tried too hard than the girl who stayed quiet because she was worried what people might think.

If you’d love to help me get there, shop through my link, share this reel or simply cheer me on. Every little bit genuinely matters. 🫶🏻

It’s okay to want more.
It’s okay to dream big.
And it’s definitely okay to go after it. 💚
