Big one 🎙️

Had the pleasure of sitting down with my guy @shantbanosian, President of Guaranteed Rate and the #1 mortgage originator in the country.

15+ years of friendship, and this one was special. A lot of value, a lot of laughs.

Episode dropping soon, stay tuned.

Buying a home in Maine right now isn’t for the faint of heart, which is exactly why having a kick ass duo in your corner matters.

Shoutout to my favorite loan officer, @libbykyros, for coming in clutch time and time again. In 2025 alone, we helped 17 buyers cross the finish line together, plus many more with @lheureuxrealestategroup. When things get competitive, we get strategic and our clients win.

Libby treats every buyer like a priority, not a number. You will never feel lost in the shuffle, confused about financing, or left wondering what comes next. She knows her stuff, communicates clearly, and helps our buyers make strong, confident offers in a tough Maine market. That is exactly why she is one of our preferred lenders.

She has helped me purchase two homes and just helped me refinance, which is why I trust her completely. If you are buying, refinancing, or even just starting to think about it, you want us on your side.

We’d love to chat about why we may be the best real estate duo to make your real estate dreams a reality!

✨ 2026 Kick-Off Meeting Recap ✨

This week, Waypoint Brokers Collective came together for our 2026 Kick-Off Meeting—a full day dedicated to collaboration, strategy, and setting the vision for the year ahead. From big-picture goals to actionable plans, we’re energized about what Waypoint will focus on in 2026.

We wrapped up the day the best way possible with an after-work happy hour at local favorite Hunt & Alpine @huntandalpine, celebrating the momentum and the community that makes this group so special. 🍸

A huge thank you to our generous sponsors for supporting this event and helping make the day such a success—we truly couldn’t do it without you.

Here’s to a focused, inspired, and impactful 2026 ahead! 🚀

Always an honor to attend the Alex’s Team Spirit Ball, a night that’s so much more than a gala.

@alexsteamfoundation fights childhood cancer by funding the front lines of pediatric oncology and supporting the doctors, nurses, and families who battle this every single day.

Grateful to be part of a community that believes in making an impact and continues to push toward one shared goal: finding a cure.

Sometimes buyers come to me with a lender they already have previously worked with. New buyers (especially out of state buyers) are often surprised to learn that working with a Maine lender can strengthen your offer. I am fortunate to have many favorable experiences with Maine lenders to suggest.

Among them is this hostess with the mostest, absolute go-getter, dear mom and friend @libbykyros. Libby works with the US’s #1 lender @shantbanosian at Rate Mortgage (*using a national mortgage company is ok so long as you have a local connection who I can text at 2p on a Saturday for an updated preapproval, for instance, without having to wait for regular business hours if we’re in a competitive offer scenario where every minute counts).

Libby loves a gathering. I’ve been to her house for a Galentine’s Day flower arranging party, in the wine cellar of the @whitebarnauberge for an elegant multi-course dinner and more recently, a celebratory evening for top performers @siciliantablemaine in Falmouth. Libby loves to connect others, in addition to being an absolute pro at her job, which is what real estate is all about: relationships!

Thank you, doll! 💝

Some homes are more than walls and windows—they’re the backdrop for decades of memories. ❤️

At 21 Stonecrest Drive in Falmouth, love has lived here since 1991. From gardens and stone walls to trails through the woods with a hidden cabin and pond, the setting feels like an escape—yet it’s perfectly placed near everything in town.

Luxury isn’t always about the price tag. It’s about the vibe, the balance of calm and convenience, and the way a home makes you feel. This one has it all. 🌲✨

Huge thanks to Structure Media for capturing the spirit of this property so beautifully. 🎥
