🚨 ALERT, MOUNT MAUNGANUI + TAURANGA + BAY OF PLENTY! 🚨

We’ve just been invited to join the Latin Festival happening TOMORROW at the Memorial Park in Tauranga! 💃🏽🎶 ( video is wrong)

From 11am until 11:30pm, come and celebrate life the Latin way; with amazing music, delicious food, dancing, culture and ALL the vibes! 🔥✨

And here’s a little Rise & Vibe treat for you… 👀🍦

If you tell them at the door that you’re coming as part of Rise & Vibe, you’ll receive an ICE CREAM from @mountdelice ! 🤤

And trust us… if you haven’t tried this gelato yet, YOU NEED TO.
It’s artisanal gelato, the real deal, with the most beautiful flavours.

So gather your friends, bring the family, bring your dancing feet and come experience a little taste of Latin flavour right here in Tauranga. 🌴🔥

Life is meant to be celebrated.
And we’ll see you there! 💃🏽🕺🏽✨

Reflecting today…
we are what we eat… even in thoughts…
If you swallowed your own thoughts today,
would they heal you or harm you?

Let’s try to choose the ones that feed our soul. 🌱

This Sunday is all about moving, connecting, and feeling alive. ✨

We’ll begin the morning with a beautiful Embodied Flow Yoga practice led by the incredible Ana Vieira, before flowing into our uplifting Rise & Vibe dance experience. There will be a 15 minutes transition where you can gran you warm drink at @omanusurfshack

🌿 Meet Ana Vieira @anavieirayoga

Ana Vieira is an Embodied Flow Yoga teacher, somatic educator, and body-based therapist with over 20 years of experience guiding people back into a deeper relationship with themselves through movement, breath, and embodied awareness.

Drawing from yoga, somatics, fascial work, nervous system education, and body psychology, Ana’s classes invite you to move beyond simply doing yoga and into truly experiencing it from the inside out.

Her teaching is gentle yet deeply powerful, creating a space where curiosity replaces performance and presence becomes the practice.

Expect a nourishing Embodied Flow designed to awaken your body, regulate your nervous system, and cultivate a sense of grounded vitality, leaving you feeling connected, open, and ready to fully embrace the freedom and joy of the dance that follows.

Not into yoga?
That’s absolutely okay!

If you’d prefer to come just for the dance, we’d love to have you. The doors will open around 10:00 am, once the yoga session finishes, so simply arrive then and join us for the music, connection, and good vibes.

Please grab your ticket online before you come, it makes check-in nice and easy.

🙏 If you’re joining us for yoga, we’d really appreciate knowing numbers. Just comment “YES!” below if you’re coming, and tag the friends you’ll be bringing along!
So we can please some @yogatribeofficial mats for those one who don’t have one, if you have your mat , bring it along!
☀️ The weather forecast is looking absolutely beautiful, and we’re feeling incredibly grateful. We can’t wait to share this magical morning with you.

✨Welcome to your weekly Ecstatic Dance...JULY 16th Woops!

Libido Love is a chance to reconnect with your body, your pleasure and your playfulness - through music, movement, breath and a whole lot of fun.

Whether your libido feels loud and alive, or in need of a little attention, you’re welcome here - no matter your gender or dance experience.

We’ll start gently with a tuning meditation led by Sarah Bunker from Letter to my Libido. A moment to check in with your libido, what it needs and where you’d love it to go.

Then enjoy a juicy, heart-centred dance journey from Lady MacGyver - the kind that gets your head bopping, hips moving, feet stomping and maybe even your voice joining in.🔥💃

It’ll be playful, freeing, a little bit wild if you want it to be, and deeply good for the body, mind and soul.
