Many thanks to Mary Beth Henry for sharing her tips on

✨Getting Intentional with Gratitude- Using Gratitude to Create Holiday Magic ✨

She was our special guest at the December Madison Happiness Club meeting this week.
Mary Beth’s positive energy had a ripple effect on our happiness community as she shared how to create more happiness with an intentional gratitude practice that will have a ripple effect on those around you.

And she came bearing gifts! The First Thoughts gratitude bracelet encourages your gratitude practice with a reminder to start your day on a grateful note.
