⚠️ If you fail, congratulations. Most people don’t even try.. 🌚

Read that again. 👀

Sometimes we get so caught up in what didn’t work out that we forget to give ourselves credit for having the courage to even try. 😌

Not every risk will pay off. Not every plan will go as expected. And not every chapter will look like the one we envisioned.

But here’s the thing..

You can’t grow if you’re too afraid to begin.

So take the chance. Start the business. Chase the dream. Make the move. And if it doesn’t work out? Learn, pivot, and keep going.✨

Because the real loss isn’t failing.

It’s spending your life wondering, “What if?” 🤔

A little reminder that wellness isn’t always about taking care of yourself. Sometimes it’s about taking care of the love you share. 🤍🥂

Getting dressed up, enjoying rooftop cocktails, laughing over conversations, and making time to date your spouse.

Because a healthy marriage deserves just as much intention as a healthy lifestyle.✨

Some days just feel like magic.✨🤍

From the breathtaking estate tucked away in the beautiful woods of Indiana to the love, laughter, and genuinely beautiful energy surrounding us.. everything about this day felt like a fairytale. 🥹

So grateful to have stood beside one of my dearest friends as she began her forever. A day filled with beautiful souls, unforgettable memories, and nothing but good vibes. 🥂🤍

Sorry it took me five days to get back to you. I myself am a little understaffed at the moment. 🍵🐾😅

Because sometimes wellness looks like slowing down, grabbing matcha, spending quality time with your girl, and remembering that not everything needs an immediate response. 🫠🤍

Protecting my peace, one matcha date at a time. 🥹✨

POV: A dog mom preparing to leave her heart at home for a few days. 🤍🥹🙏

Found this amazing pill organizer on Amazon to help keep Azul’s medications organized while I’m away.

As much as I’m looking forward to this trip, a part of me is already stressed thinking about whether my girl will take all her medications, eat her meals, and be okay without me. 🥺

Caring for a dog with heart disease has taught me that love is in the smallest details. The schedules, the medications, the meals, and the constant worrying.

I know she’ll be in good hands, but there’s just something about a mother’s love. 😌 No one worries quite like mama does. 💖

Praying my girl does well while I’m away. 🐾

Wellness Wednesday 🤎 The Power of Community

The older I get, the more I realize that wellness isn’t just about taking care of ourselves. It’s also about who we surround ourselves with. 🥹

Community means so much to me. Having a space where we can show up, connect, celebrate our culture, support one another, and give back is something I’ll never take for granted. 🙏

Our FOTR Long Beach Kamayan Feast fundraiser was a beautiful reminder that when we come together, we create something bigger than ourselves. 🇵🇭✨

Because sometimes, the most meaningful form of self-care is knowing you belong. 🫂

Here’s to building communities where everyone has a seat at the table. 🤍💫

⚠️ WHAT IF IT DOES⁉️🌚

✨The version of your life your brain keeps telling you is “too big” might be the exact version you’re supposed to create. 👀

I didn’t start because I had it all figured out.

I started because I knew I wanted more freedom. More options. More ownership of my time.

And somewhere along the way, I stopped asking:

“What if this doesn’t work?”

And started asking:

“What if it DOES?” 🌚

That question changes everything.

You’ll only ever build the business you believe you can build.✨

So believe bigger.
Then back that belief with action. 🔥

Happy Monday. Let’s build. ✈️

Your weekend doesn’t have to become another workweek. 🤍

For me, it’s about using a little of the time I already have to build something that could create more choices later. ☺️

Still enjoying my Saturday.
Still living my life.
Just building in the background too. 🌚

Curious what that looks like?

DM me “SATURDAY.” 👀

If you want to make the wrong decision, ask everyone.

A good idea can die in a room full of people who were never meant to understand it. 🌚

One thing I’ve learned?
Not everyone needs a vote in the life you’re building.

Sometimes the more opinions you collect, the further you get from what you actually want.

Trust yourself. Make the move. Adjust along the way.

Some of my best decisions probably wouldn’t have made sense to everyone else.. and that’s kind of the point. 👀

A little GOOD NEWS on Azul’s 🤍 Journey. 🥹🐾

We got the results from her echocardiogram last week, and thankfully, they didn’t find any arrhythmias or irregular heartbeats. 🤍

And another little win… MED TIME. 😭😂

After all the trial and error, I’ve finally been able to give her medications using a pill shooter, followed immediately by a high-value treat. It’s made the whole experience so much easier and more positive for her - and for me. 😆 I still need to figure out how to give her the two larger pills though.. 😌

We’re still taking this journey one day at a time, but today we’re celebrating the wins. 🤍

Thank you to everyone who continues to check on our girl and follow along with Azul’s journey. 👑

Happy National Sons Day to the two boys who will forever be my greatest flex. 🤍

Somehow I blinked.. and now I have two grown sons, with my baby officially 21. 🥹

Watching you both grow into the men you are today has been one of the greatest privileges of my life.

So proud of you both. Always. 🫶
