The energy this morning was ELECTRIC⚡️
New faces, returning faces, new additions and the best vibes.

Every Sunday I look around and genuinely can’t believe what this run club has become. It’s so much more than running, it’s movement, coffee, chats, friendships and a community genuinely cheering each other on.

And this week, we had LOTS to celebrate ⭐️

⭐️ New jobs & exciting chapters
⭐️ New additions to the crew
⭐️ A beautiful 20-week scan, a safe, happy little baby growing away 🥹
⭐️ New cars 🚗
⭐️ A first 5K back after injury 🏃🏼‍♀️
⭐️ Flights booked HOME for Christmas ✈️🎄
⭐️ And plenty more little life wins

Big wins, small wins, running wins, life wins, we celebrate them all here. Take a look at how GOOD this morning was.

This is IMRC. And I bloody love it here 🌞

OH WE ARE ACTUALLY SO BACK ⚡️😭

Sun on our faces. New faces. Familiar faces. Chats on the move. Coffee after. And a whole lot of life happening in between.

Today’s wins 🫶🏼
⚡️ First ever IMRC
👶🏼 A new baby on the way, another little IMRC member incoming
🇦🇺 Getting PR
💍 @farandgra new market locations
💼 New jobs
🔥 Getting back into training
🏡 Moving house

And that’s the thing about Run Club, the wins have never just been about running. It’s about showing up. Meeting people. Hearing what’s happening in each other’s lives. Celebrating the big things, the small things and everything in between.

Three years in and mornings like this remind me exactly why we started.

This is IMRC.
I’m so bloody proud of what we’ve built 🏃‍♀️🏃

Spending quality time with your favourite person just feels better in places like this. 🥰
When are you planning to visit Wangi Falls?

Starting this year, honestly, I genuinely didn’t think I’d even see a start line in 2026 again after Ironman due to getting a Patellar Tendon Tear in my right knee, so today felt like so much more than just a race to me ⚡️

For months now, it’s been strength work, rehab, rebuilding, patience, frustration, setbacks, and trying absolutely everything possible to get my knee back to a place where I could stand on a start line again, and with that comes a hard mental battle too.

Today is a win because regardless of previous half marathon times and feeling physically far more capable before, I could have easily not made it to this start line today, so that’s a WIN!

What I love most about The Iconic Mind Run Club is the way we show up for each other. If I say meet time, warm-up time, race plan, you’re there. We wait for each other at the finish line, we cheer every single person home, and we celebrate every achievement like it’s our own. That’s genuinely one of the reasons it’s called Iconic Mind.

Today there were hundreds of people out there, all carrying stories we’ll never fully know. But the stories I do know around me are unbelievable.

People who once hated running.
People who joined run club last week and backed themselves enough to run a half marathon today.
People hitting PBs they haven’t seen in years.
People taking on their first ever 12km.
People showing up nervous and doing it anyway.

That is what this community is about. Support, courage, connection, and proving to yourself that you are capable of more than you think.

And honestly, this community got me to the start line too.

That’s why we do it 🤍

IMRC Sunday Run Club ⚡️

Yes the mornings are chillier, but movement brings the energy every single time. There’s just something about getting out in the fresh air, moving your body, being around good people and finishing it all off with even better coffee 🏃‍♀️🏃

The vibes were HIGH today. So many wins being shared around the group:
✨ new jobs
✨ fastest ever 10km PBs
✨ people committing to new hobbies
✨ nice meals and quality time
✨ getting 3 runs in this week
✨ and one of the cutest wins, Ollie randomly meeting another sister from his litter 🥹 such a huge coincidence and we were SO happy to see Sunny.
✨our legend members finalising prep for HBF next weekend, Connor, Vic, Beth & Kate who knocked out 15km BEFORE run club this morning 👏 absolutely unreal effort.

Proud of everyone who showed up today. Sundays done right 🫶

From those Saturday Sharky’s ocean swims in Sydney years ago… to taking on Busselton 100 over in Perth 🌊➡️🏁

Massive congratulations to Conor & Kate on absolutely smashing it... So proud of you both 💙

You only started this journey back in January and to see how far you’ve come already has been unreal. The consistency, the early mornings, the training sessions done when motivation wasn’t always there… it all added up.

One thing I love most about coaching is seeing people back themselves and step into things they once probably thought were out of reach and you both did exactly that.

From Saturday swims with the Sharky’s to crossing the finish line at Busselton 100 💙🦈
What a journey so far… and I’ve no doubt this is only the beginning 🚀

Book yourself a mini midweek getaway with your person.

Step into a slower pace, where mornings begin with delicious coffee, fresh air and nowhere to be.

Embrace the quiet, the stillness, and the kind of moments that feel simple, but mean everything. A little escape, just for the two of you 🌿🖤.

Another week across the Sharky’s team 🦈

A bit of everything as always.
Early mornings, solid sessions, a few that didn’t quite go to plan, and the usual questioning life choices mid-session 😅

Some big wins in there too. First wetsuit swims, post-race recovery, and people just quietly getting better week by week.

And then the part you don’t really see.
Fitting it in around work, life, everything else… and still showing up.

That’s what the team is.
Not perfect. Not polished.
Just people putting the work in and getting it done.

If you’ve been thinking about it… you’d fit in just fine 🦈

Run club through the weeks ⚡️

We were chatting this morning about how much this gives people, the social side, the connection, the way you leave feeling so much better than when you arrived.

And this is it, it’s a place where you can grow, push yourself, and realise you’re capable of more than you think.

We’ll be here every Sunday 7am from Clarko Reserve Trigg 🏃‍♀️🚀

Another week of Sharky’s… and as always, a bit of everything 🦈

Racing, training, a few things going to plan… and a few not so much (standard 😅)

From T100 race days to first sessions on the trainer, PBs in the gym to post-session debriefs in the car… this is what it actually looks like behind it all.

Not perfect. Not polished.
Just people showing up, putting the work in, and getting a little bit better each week 👊

If you’ve been thinking about getting started or taking things a bit more seriously… this is your sign ✨

Plenty more to come 🦈

A mix of solid training…
questionable decisions…
and some very serious fuel strategies 😅

Different places, different sessions, same thing across the board, just showing up and getting it done 👊

That’s the standard here.

If you’ve been thinking about it… there’s always room in the team 🦈
