Taking life lessons from @chasingthechalfants Having a “Ta Da” list when the day has gotten away. It’s been productive for my task oriented mind looking at everything I did accomplish in 12 hours. Sometimes the list isn’t so long... bc #kidsamirite It’s a lot! (When you have to count drinking water and remembering your vitamins as a praise worthy task, you KNOW you’re a stay at home mom. 🤣) What’s on your Ta-Da list?

This lash lift and tint is so amazing, especially because these are my clients natural lashes. No growth serums, just good genes 🤩 we also did a brow Botox treatment to restore integrity and density to the lash making it healthier and thicker. Lash and brow Botox will be added to the menu soon!

ENROLLMENT IS JUST HOURS AWAY!
.
.
.
sign up early to get the LEAN BEAN MACHINE PROGRAM. Enrollment begins on January 12-19th! Day 1 is the 19th. You don’t want to miss this jump start to a better you. 🔥 .
. 😚THE LEAN BEAN MACHINE PROGRAM IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER !!!.
.
.
.
📍So this is a program that I wanted to design that took a step out of the heavy lifting and ‘strength’ training that I am used to to give my body. A break from the 185 pound squat rack. 📍I wanted to design a program that brings functional workouts with more body weight exercises where you can do pretty much anywhere (most days). And so my body loves me and where my joints won’t hate me
.
.
.
🔥 The program includes high intensity workouts that revolve around a ‘timer’ (one that you download via your own app) and exercise that you perform EVERY MINUTE ON THE MINUTE. There is one strength day of lower body because ya know - booty gang.
.
.
.
What’s included? .
.
🥑 A forever 8 week program that you KEEP. It never expires. Aka you get a PDF version and you can repeat this program as many times.
.
🥑Private Facebook community with my tribe of 24/7 access .
🥑I’m doing the program with you! SO I will be putting myself in YOUR SHOES. We are all in this together. 🥑Confidence and gains will be built into this 8 week program
.
🥑Sweat. 🥑Accountability with one another.
🥑$80 for 8 weeks. That’s $10 a week! Aka let me break that down for you - 2 coffee orders a week . .
💪🏼Now who is ready to be a LEAN BEAN MACHINE!?
💪🏼Enrollment is just HOURS away!
💪🏼And Day 1 of the challenge is January 19th.
💪🏼What are you waiting for? .

😈😈😈 My husband says I’m an “Alpha Female” I highly disagree. And I’ll explain why..in a pack Alphas compete with other females to become the best and to proclaim their crown. The crown I wear I was born with and I don’t run with a pack. I don’t give a —— what other females are doing. I’m not sizing up any competition because I know I’m in a class all of my own. Is that cocky? Nah, that’s confidence 👌🏽 You see!?? I know what I bring to the table so trust me when I say I’m not afraid to eat alone! 👑 Tagging some of the Queens that I know!!!💋 #GrrrlArmy #ICompeteWithNooneButMyself #HighStandards #ConfidentAF #NotYourCompetition #IBowToNoone #VibeWithMe #UnderestimateMePlease 😈 #GRRRLarmy #IdontPursueIAmPursued #DaughterOfTheMostHigh #QueenStatus 👑
