20 week prep done and dusted for @lifting_and_stuff Randy finished 3rd place in Novice and 2nd Place Open for Classic Physique. This was a special prep for me because Randy is one of my best friends so it was fun to push and “torture” him, kidding lol. It sucked at times, but we made the best out of it.

The entire prep was flawless with no issues at all. Not even a single digestion issue. Started at 212 lbs and weighed in show day morning at 180.2 lbs. I peaked him perfectly and was very happy with his look today. Posing was damn good, conditioning was on point and we did what we could today. Hats off to all the competitors this weekend. It was a small show, but everyone in the show looked great on stage.

I am grateful for moments like this. Whether it’s a friend or client, I love seeing them all win. Thank you for allowing me to share my love and knowledge of bodybuilding through you all. I’m no guru. I just love being a coach.
