THANK YOU! 💚✨️

This year's LiFT X event raised over 4,000 dollars to @ifysqld 🎉🎉🎉

An impressive amount that was only possible with the support of the amazing sponsors, partners, and the LiFT members who registered to take part in the event competition.

Huge thank you for helping us to raise funds for a great cause 💚🤝

STRONGER TOGETHER 🙌

STRONG FOR WHAT?

Strong enough to say yes to the hike.

Strong enough to pick up the grandkids.

Strong enough to travel without worrying about your body keeping up.

Strong enough to keep doing the things you love.

Because the number on the bar isn't really the point.

What that strength lets you do is.

What are you getting strong for?

Why Strength Matters After 40?

Getting older is inevitable.

Getting weaker doesn't have to be.

Strength training isn't just about how much you can lift. It's about staying capable — carrying the shopping, getting off the floor, travelling, playing with the kids or grandkids and continuing to do the things you love.

At LiFT, we train for more than the gym.

We train for life.

New to LiFT? Start Strong and experience it for yourself.

Training is easier to stick with when you actually enjoy showing up.

At LiFT, you'll train alongside real people with different goals, different starting points and different levels of experience.

You don't need to be the strongest person in the room.

You just need to walk through the door.

We'll coach you from there.

Come for the training. Stay for the people. Get stronger together.

LiFT ❌ 2026
All set for getting together for a great cause and supporting IFYS

THIS IS WHAT LiFT IS REALLY ABOUT. 💚

This Saturday six studios coming together as one team.

It’s about having a laugh, pushing each other, celebrating what our bodies can do and remembering that strength means a whole lot more when we use it to help someone else.

This Saturday, we’re coming together to support IFYS and the incredible work they do with young people and families in our community.

So even if you’re not competing, we’d love you there.

Bring the kids. Bring a mate. Wear your LiFT gear. Rep your studio colours. Make some noise.
Enjoy a wood fired sauna with @sweatandflowwellness 🪵🔥
Grab a Matcha latte from @siphaus_matchacoffee ☕️

Come and be part of something bigger than a workout.

ONE COMMUNITY. ONE TEAM. ONE VERY GOOD REASON.

Saturday 12 September | From 8:30am

STRENGTH CHANGES EVERYTHING.

3 days until LiFT X.

The work has been done. Now it’s time to put it to the test.

24 contenders will take on three rounds of strength, endurance and conditioning, across our Perform and Compete divisions.

There’ll be big efforts, a bit of friendly rivalry and plenty of noise from the sidelines.

But more importantly, we’re bringing the LiFT community together to raise money for IFYS and the incredible work they do supporting young people and families on the Coast.

3 days. We’re ready. Are you?
