It’s time.

How many times have you thought about starting to strength train?

How many people have told you strength training will help prevent osteoporosis?

Have you been worried that you would go to a class and have no idea what you are doing?

Movement from the Beginning takes the guesswork out of starting to strength train. This 8 week class will teach you how to safely use all the equipment in the gym and how to do many common exercises. At the end of these 8 weeks, you will be able to confidently start group strength training classes at any gym.

Two sessions are offered, starting 10/20.

Tuesdays at 5:30 with Allison
Fridays at 9:30 with Mado

$224 (payment plan available, just reach out)

Fridays at 9:30 with Mado.

Have you been lurking on our page for a while, but have been too nervous to try a class?

Do you know strength training is essential for your bone health but have no idea where to start?

Have you tried workout programs at home only to fizzle out when you didn’t know how to do the exercises?

Did you used to have a strength training routine but it’s been a while and you could use a refresher?

THEN THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU! You will spend 8 weeks with other folks learning how to use all the equipment in the gym safely. You will also learn proper form for many common exercises.

The goal is to help you build your gym confidence so you can slide easily into ongoing classes.

NOW IS THE TIME!

The news is out 🥺

My time down South was shorter than expected 🫠

Asheville, I’ve fallen in love with your people and your places 😍 These past few months have been filled birding 🦆 balling 🏀 and lolling 🤣

Too bad the job didn’t work out 👎 but the adventure it took me on was so worth it ‼️

Thank you to all y’all who made this time so special and eye-opening 👀 Now this city girl hikes solo 🥾 and drives a Subaru 🚙 who knew???

There’s good news too!✨I’m back home in NJ and about to start a dream job in a booming industry 🍃 More to share soon!

For now, I’m an Asheville Tourist all over again ⚾️ But I can’t wait to visit again soon 💕
