I had the pleasure of leading a Pilates class for a beautiful group of women, in collaboration with Swiss masters of skincare, @laprairie 💦

We carefully blended strength, intentionality, and precision, strengthening from within, restoring balance and embracing our resilience.

Hosted at the stunning @light_house_holistic 🌱🧘🏽‍♀️

What a way to close our public gatherings for 2026! ☾

Movement as meditation. Music as a guide. A little space to get out of your head and back into your body. A practice that meets you exactly where you are.

As always, thank you for your presence, your energy and your willingness to explore with us throughout this past season. It’s been such a joy and privilege to guide these sessions ✧

A little extra love to @light_house_holistic for continuing to be our home for these gatherings. And to @lnk._.studios and @parenx_jpeg for capturing these moments so beautifully and helping us share the experience beyond the room.

More to come in the new year. Watch this space! 🤍

Nothing stays still for long. ✧

The light changes.
The seasons turn.
Our bodies find new ways to move.

From the quiet of restorative yoga to the freedom of movement without expectation, Into the New was an exploration of transition in all its forms.

A reminder that change doesn’t always need to be dramatic. Sometimes, it begins with simply allowing ourselves to move differently.

A few moments from a special evening together captured by @parenx_jpeg & @lnk._.studios ☾
