April 14th 7-830pm
Join local Sound Practitioners Alice & Darcy for a deeply rejuvenating sound experience! This is a deeply immersive and meditative sound experience to RELAX, RELEASE, and RECHARGE.
You’re invited to relax as sonic waves wash over you: scrubbing your mind of worry, clearing your body of stress, and leaving you in a state of harmony, balance, and inner peace. Bathing in the sounds of therapeutic instruments including drums, gongs, flutes, crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, bells, chimes, rattles, percussion, and meditation, you may emerge clear, energized, and better able to access your deepest creativity.
The soothing sounds emitted have the ability to activate alpha and theta brain waves, which are linked with a deep meditative state that is incredibly favorable for healing. *Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to check in. Event starts promptly. Doors close once event begins.
Please
Wear something comfortable
Bring a yoga mat(if you do not have one-we have them at the studio)
Blanket
Small pillow
Eye pillow if you like
Notebook for intention setting

Love Fee: $18 Remix Yoga Unlimited Members(purchase your tickets online or at the studio) $20 non members(purchase online or at the studio)

As always, advanced registration is requested.

This month for the New Moon we will be embarking upon the Taurus moon. Even though we still have duty with Aries energy and outer planets with Capricorn, it is time to have the understanding of Venus. This Sound Bath will focus around the neck with and emphasis on throat Chakra release. Also, you will be receiving Reiki adjustments for added healing, tuning, and the clearing of cluttered negative feelings.

What is a SOUND BATH?
Think of it as part meditation, part listening session.

Typically, sound baths are like ‘horizontal concerts, wherein participants are lying down on the floor with blankets and pillows as the facilitator creates a soundscape by playing various kinds of instruments,That often means (but is not limited to) Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, and even human voices.
