Here’s a few selection of videos and photos from the first edition of @soft_domination: FLINTA* DJs & Producers Link Up @thepostbartottenham back in March. 😎

Thank you to everyone who came through and joined in with the conversation. And jumped on the decks. 🎧

Another one will be on the way, but due to The Post Bar closing down I’m now on the hunt for another space where I can host for 0 to minimal cost. If that’s you let me know, who can provide a space. Please let me know. 🫵

Also again wanted to say a massive thank you to @lightgaluk for helping me with the event. Providing decks and locking Post Bar. RIP 🪦

Today I attended the DJ & Producer Summit in London.

And all I can say is… wow.

I left feeling inspired, energised and excited about what is possible.

Not just because of what I learned, but because of the people I met and the conversations I had.

There is something incredibly powerful about spending time in a room full of people who are passionate about what they do. Creators. Dreamers. Artists. People building lives around the things that light them up.

A few years ago, I never would have imagined myself here.

Yet today I found myself surrounded by an industry I genuinely love and thinking:

“Maybe there is more available to me than I realised.”

And perhaps that’s the lesson.

Growth doesn’t always come from staying where we feel comfortable.

Sometimes it comes from walking into a room where we’re the beginner again.

Learning.
Listening.
Being inspired.

At 54, I’m still discovering new passions.
Still learning new skills.
Still saying yes to things that excite me.

Because midlife isn’t the end of the story.

It’s the chapter where we finally give ourselves permission to become more of who we are.

Here’s to new adventures, new friendships, new music and expanding horizons. ✨🎧
