Found this amazingly beautiful nude photo I traded for years ago with David Sunshine @lightning_dreamer . It was in an old portfolio buried in a pile I found cleaning out my studio preparing to move to a new space. Love it💫💫💫🖤!!!!!!!

“What if we gathered?”
For the last several months, I’ve been on a journey of transformation—not just physically, but in the way I move, breathe, and inhabit my body.

I’ve been learning to trust God’s original design... the blueprint woven into our body, soul, and spirit.

I’ve been exploring spirals, primal movement, fascia, breath, rhythm, play, and discovering just how intelligent the body really is when we stop trying to control it.

It’s making me wonder...
What if we gathered this week?

I’m thinking about offering a few intimate community classes here in Dallas to explore this work together.

🌿 Restoration
🌀 PRIME (Ground • Spiral • Play • Flow)
🤝 Movement & Connection

No performance.
No pressure.
Just a space to move, explore, and reconnect with yourself and others.

Would anyone be into that?

Drop a 🌿 below or send me a DM if you’d want to join.

Tomorrow night the @dallas.movementcollective is throwing an event to honor the living waters… in motion… within and around us.
…I know, I know… it sounds so poetic (and it is)… so on a practical level, this event is just simply an awesome “free-form” sober dance party built around the theme of water.

And YOU are invited!
  ..The Way of Water
  ..Sammons Center for the Arts
  ..Friday, May 22
  ..7:30-11:11 pm
..Tickets and more info at: Dallasmovementcollective.com

Before the party officially kicks off, come see me in the lobby for some beautiful Shipibo art! I’m volunteering to help raise funds for Isayaka - the healing retreat center I was so deeply nourished by last summer in the jungle of Peru. This retreat center is in need of a new water pump. So, @lightning_dreamer and I will be there selling all sorts of beautiful Shipibo textiles, hand-made by this beautiful indigenous family. These textiles are lovingly created by the women of the tribe and carry incredible artistry, prayer, symbolism, and spirit within them. They are expressions of a living tradition and sacred worldview.

David and I are truly honored to get to share our love for the Shipibo culture, and this incredible community we both connected with in the Amazon on recent travels.

“It’s important to recognize how vital it is that we support indigenous communities locally, in the Amazon and throughout the world who are still tending the Earth and carrying ancient wisdom about what it means to live in right relationship with nature, with one another, and with spirit. So much of what modern culture longs for…connection, harmony, presence, reverence, and community is still alive within these traditions. They are wisdom keepers reminding us how to live with greater balance, simplicity, and respect for life.” ~David Sunshine

Go team Fire Horse! 🐦‍🔥

Thank you to these hands that make our work light and our light work … ✨

There’s nothing more precious than making something meaningful, together.

We have always, and will always, need hand-made community rituals that can hold our pain AND tend our joy.

It’s what we do around here.
With pleasure and devotion.
