The SF Open was a huge success for the @pricebarbell @crossfit7x7 lifters! Nobody went less than 5/6 we had three medalists—Bri🥈, Connie🥉, and Coach Sean🥉. We even had some lifetime PRs on the platform!

Thank you to all of the lifters for trusting me and @derrickclee on your big day. You all worked so hard and it paid off! Thank you to everyone who came out to support us. Thank you @brigitte.bieyro, @hasslefreebbc , and @crossfitph for organizing a stellar meet. Thank you to @jenngjjg and @cyan7rn for capturing pics and vids for us. Finally, thank you to @rpp_yeahyouknowme and @lightning_lam for all of your support throughout this whole process. Now, back to work! 💪🫡

Went 5 out of 6 for my VERY FIRST Olympic Weightlifting Competition. PR’d my snatch at 51kg/112lbs. Hit my first total of 117kg/258lbs. ✨✨✨

WHAT A WHIRLWIND. This has been such an incredible, mind-blowing, rewarding experience throughout my training, preparation, and first competition journey.

The sailboat of adrenaline before you step on that platform, the friendships made in line for weigh-in, the connections and bonds made between fellow athletes prepping for their next attempts alongside you, the beautiful full trust in your mind, your body, your strength, and the unwavering trust in your coach to help prepare you for that moment and being there every step of the way- there’s nothing like it.

I am at a loss for words to truly express my gratitude for all of those who showed up for me, both physically today, and from afar, and to all who have been a part of this journey for me and with me. I felt ALL the love today and then some. I am so overwhelmed with gratitude for the love and support I have felt.

From being introduced to Oly eight months ago, to training with @lightning_lam for the last twelve weeks straight. There’s nothing like this feeling. I feel so fortunate to have been able to experience this along such incredible athletes, coaches, and loved ones.

This is one Happy Heather. 🥹🫶🏼💪🏼✨🏋🏻‍♀️🏋🏻‍♀️🏋🏻‍♀️
