This was more than just a day outside — it was a sacred space to stretch, release, and reconnect.
Through grounding yoga, breathwork, and affirmations, we learned to let go of what we can’t control and plant peace where pressure once lived.

Every move, every moment reminded us: healing starts with presence.

🧠 #guccimane just got real about his recovery. Recently he revealed he’s been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia — and he’s doing the work to heal.

👑 His wife, #keyshiakaoir , has been his anchor through it all — staying alert to his warning signs, supporting him stepping away from the noise, and helping him prioritize his well-being.

My pain paid off & It made me who I AM!

💓If I would of committed suicide when I was homeless then this young prince would of not found his light & greatness. 💯

🙏🏿If I would of committed suicide when all the popular kids, thugs, gangsters builled me, jumped me, abuse me, hurt me, ridiculed me. I WOULDNT HAVE SEEN ALL THE IMPACT I NOW MAKE IN THESE KIDS LIVES.

✊🏿One thing I will say to my younger self will be endure it and be your nerdy self never hide who u are, because when u grow up "YOU WILL BE THAT NINJA🥷🏿!"💯💯💯
