Big Dipper Spokane had a historic lineup last Friday. Bad Trip Motel, Loomer, and Hayes Noble packed the house. Spokane only has better and better shows coming too 👀👀🔥

We had a wonderful weekend of Pedro The Lion! Thanks to everyone who came out! Our benefit show with The Guardian raised $2000 for the city’s H.O.ME. Starts Here fund that is helping those directly impacted by the Spokane Complex Fire. Thank you to Dairybaby, Loomer, and Hayes Noble for helping out the cause. Pretty cool to see Pedro The Lion at a DIY punk show one night and in a living room the next afternoon! Stay rad Spokane!

Jeff Cost’s review of the It’s A Setup 7” is in this week’s Maximum Rocknroll update. “IT’S A SETUP keeps things blunt and right in your face. It’s not the heaviest record ever made, or the fastest, or the screamiest, but it sits in a really good spot that’s fucking infectious” Pick it up now via @ebullitionrecords mailorder and other stores and distros that carry rad shit!

Three years ago today, we played our first show in Spokane. It was also the day we moved to town.

On July 12th, 2023, a few days after recording As It Was, As We Were, we packed up the van with the rest of the stuff we had to move and embarked on a 25 day tour. It was a blast, and by the time we got to Spokane, it felt like my life had changed for the better. There’s no place I’d rather be.

Hope everyone is staying safe out there with the fires. My heart goes out to all those who have been affected. I have no doubt that as a community, we will recover from this.
