Here’s what’s even more wild 👀

Right after I made this video, I decided to follow through on another nudge I had gotten from Spirit.

One that was a little edgier and really asked me to be vulnerably honest and ask for support.

In doing so, the issue I was facing dissolved before me and I was able to receive exactly what I needed.

So within 24 hours, something that felt like a heavy burden became less of an issue.

What had previously seemed like a massive obstacle, became an opportunity for deeper trust and leaning further into what I know deep down is true:

That things will always work out for the highest good because you are so deeply loved and magic is real and it’s all around you, but most importantly, within you.✨

If you are willing enough to see it and brave enough to believe it.

Shout out to @lilygracesol for sharing such a special afternoon with me at the most enchanting place that is @hawkandhawthorne

What if the thing keeping you stuck isn’t a lack of healing…

…it’s a lack of clarity?

One of the things I notice again and again is that people don’t come to me because they aren’t self-aware.

They come because they’re carrying ten different stories, twenty different possibilities, and a hundred different thoughts about why they feel stuck.

By the end of a Sovereign Recalibration, we’re no longer trying to solve everything.

We’ve identified the one pattern that’s actually creating the experience.

And when that shifts, everything else begins organizing around a new identity.

That’s why my clients often describe feeling lighter, clearer, calmer, and surprisingly energized.

Not because I’ve “fixed” them.

Because they’ve stopped unconsciously organizing their reality around an old subconscious pattern.

This beautiful testimonial is from someone who experienced exactly that.

If you’ve been doing all the inner work but still feel like something invisible keeps pulling you back into the same loops…

Maybe you don’t need another healing modality.

Maybe you need a precise recalibration.

If your heart is whispering, “This feels different,” send me the word SOVEREIGN and let’s explore whether this work is the right fit for you.

Welcome to Guided by Sol 🌞

This space was born from a deep love of self-discovery, empowered healing, and reconnecting to the ever present guidance within.

Over the years, I’ve explored many paths, picking up tools to wield as I walk. Meditation, Qi Gong, energy healing, Ayurveda, subconscious freedom work, so many more - and, most profoundly, reconnecting to the Akashic Records.

Within each tool, the same truth continues to reveal itself:

The wisdom we seek is within us.
And often, it is seeking us too.

Now… developing the ears to hear it, strengthening that access point, clearing the noise that could distort it, and trusting the guidance as we receive it - that can be one of the greatest challenges we face on our journey.

And, on the other side of it?
One of the greatest gifts.

To reconnect with your own personal guidance, your spirit team, the support that is within you and around you at all times?
♥️ so beautiful.

Remembering it is always there for us, accessible to all of us, at all times?
*insert empowering goosebumps*

Personalized answers, clarity, and insight into what you are facing at this moment on your path?
Valuable beyond measure.

AND - it is not unique ☺️ the records are available to all of us! We walk in, together.
One key intention of our time together is to help rekindle our innate connection.

Through an Akashic Records guidance session, we connect, drop into meditation, and from a grounded, clear, and protected space, we walk into your Records together.

The questions that are on your heart are welcome. We explore the personalized guidance that wants to come through at this time ♥️ and, we help strengthen your access point to your own inner light (guided by your unique soul/sol🌞)

To learn more, visit guidedbysol.com.

It is a profound honor to help bridge that space and walk alongside others as they strengthen their connection to their own inner light, their own Sol. 🌞

If this resonates with where you are on your path, or the records have been calling you, let’s explore.

With love,
Lily Grace

Waking up after a long sacred pause…

2025 gave me the unexpected gift of slowing down.
Of resting.
Of descending into the shadows of pain, fever, grief, immobility, surrender.

So much was germinating beneath the surface during that time.
Roots growing unseen.
Dreams composting quietly in the dark.
A deeper woman being formed beneath it all.

And now, here we are.

Spring turning toward summer.
Dancing again.
Playing again.
Creating again.

Co-weaving with a visionary team at the place we call Hone, Hawk & Hawthorn in the Appalachian mountains.

I’ve realized how much I’ve hidden parts of my sacred work and gifts these last years, sometimes necessarily so, because my deepest devotion has been motherhood.

And what an initiation motherhood is.
The fires. The tenderness. The continual returning to self.

Much has been culminating underground, not just this last year, but across the broader arc of these past seven years.

I recently learned that a child’s consciousness shifts profoundly in the seventh year, and perhaps the mother’s does too.
We remain tethered by that invisible cord, even as it gradually lengthens.

Lately I’ve been softening into sisterhood, soul family, and collaborative dreaming. Listening as the wild woman within me begins to howl toward the sky again.

How many creations still live within us?
How many dreams are waiting to be midwifed into the world?

For now, I am listening.
Rooting deeper.
Trusting the timing.
And beginning once again to weave my own colored ribbon strand into the tapestry of life.

Curious what gatherings at the Hawk and Hawthorne are like?🌙

Here is a glimpse of the world we’ve been dreaming into being ✨

For one long, beautiful weekend the land came alive with music, movement, ceremony, campsites, spring blossoms, feet on the earth, shared meals, laughter and music echoing through the valley. 🏕️

🔥 People danced barefoot on Ritual Hill.
🎼 Mose and HAABITAT played sets to help us move our bodies, move some energy, and joyously drift into the new season.
🌞 Children ran through the fields at golden hour.
💙 Swims were taken in the Heart Spring
🎶 Songs and ciphers drifted through the trees long after the stage went quiet.
🏮 Lanterns flickered.
🏕️ Tents glowed softly beneath the forest edge.

🌳And all around us was that rare feeling we keep searching for in this modern world - genuine belonging.

This film is a small window into the spirit of what we’re cultivating here:
a living sanctuary for beauty, connection, celebration and reverence for the living earth.

Music and movement as medicine, the balm that unites us all.

Deep gratitude to every artist, builder, volunteer, vendor, musician, fire tender, dreamer and traveler who helped weave the magic together. ♥️

🎞️ Watch the full Beltaine gathering clip now on YouTube! Created by the great @memory.terra

See if you can spot yourself in the video.
Tag the friends you danced with.
Send it to someone you want beside the fire next time.

We can’t wait to welcome you back to the valley again soon. 🌿🔥🌕

This weekend at the Hawk and Hawthorne was legendary. The weekend started with Mose and Habitaat playing on Funktion Ones on Ritual Hill. So much dancing and connection. Then a beautiful Beltaine celebration and ritual led by our community. So perfectly imperfect and wholly holy. Super thankful and enriched. Feeling Blessed. So much gratitude to all the hands that made it possible. May all our prayers and intentions be magnified and radiate out to bring blessings to the Earth and all of Humanity. Peace peace peace.
And Lorien started walking around the MayPole during the ribbon dance!
Happy Spring Family!
