Walking through the airport,
I felt a familiar flutter in my chest—
It masqueraded as fear, being afraid of coming back to the U.S.

But it wasn’t the country I feared—
it was the version of me that once lived here.
The one I used to be.
The one I worked so hard to un-become.

Three years ago, I left this room a different person—
sadder, sicker, denser.

Searching externally for solutions.
Reaching outside for things to numb
the ever present pain within,
that seemingly had no explanation.

When you *don’t know* you’re sick, you think it’s “normal” and call pain your personality.
Society says đŸ€·â€â™‚ïž just escape from reality.

I see now, I was painfully disconnected from Soul.

So I left. Wandered far and wide
A pilgrimage across cultures and sacred sites
Training to be more light

Re-membering spirit

To be a bridge where science and spirit dance
Where truth is not taught, but felt
When the invisible becomes undeniable.

It is historically woven into OUR cultures, stories, ancestors, practices.
Ways to commune with miracles🌟
-> It’s all energy hbbtiâšĄïž

It’s been beautiful.
It’s been brutal.
It’s been worth it.

I celebrate parts of me falling away—
the old patterns I once clung to
rattle loose and drop like dead skin.
I’ve learned to sit with the mess,
to breathe into uncertainty,
to let joy be the anchor and the balm

But here’s the thing:
You don’t need a passport to fly.
You don’t have to scale mountains to meet God.
As Dr. Zach Bush says—
flight is a state of being.

It’s in joy, it’s in stillness, it is surrender.
It’s remembering that the bridge to beyond, beats in your chest.

Coming home showed me that.
Because the real journey
was never the miles—it was the mirror.
And the integration

that’s where the growth lives.

My dad asked me,
“So what do you have to show for all those months?”
He meant money, or maybe a career.

I told him:
“I found coherence.
The closest thing I’ve known to inner peace.”
I found soul again.

Maybe I didn’t need to almost die on the side of a mountain to find it.
But I’m glad I did.

Because now I know:
I can return to the same place,
and still never be the same.

Also deeply, deeply grateful for hot showers🚿 #iykyk by @lilygracesol

I had the profound privilege of leading this incredible group in a ceremony to open our voices and release any tension or trapped emotions.

How often do we really have a safe space to express ourselves fully—without judgment or expectations?

We discussed the throat chakra and its benefits—clear communication, authentic self-expression, and emotional freedom. We also explored why so many of us struggle with feeling blocked or find it difficult to speak our truth.

After that, we moved into vocal exercises, before being invited to spread out across the beach, find our space, and express ourselves fully.

The experience was deeply powerful. Some screamed, cried, and raged; others sang, danced, and prayed. Some found themselves punching the ocean, while others spun and twirled into it.

No matter how it looked, every form of expression was beautiful, raw, and deeply authentic.

More of this ✹🙌🌞

The Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Pisces 🌕

It’s a very special thing, when women gather together around the fire and honor the energy of the moon.

13 of us gathered in our multigenerational circle beneath the sunblazed sky and shimmering stars. Sharing stories, prayers, intentions, laughter, and creating the time and space for inner reflection.

What a ride this eclipse portal has been! The 6th in a series that began in 2024 along the Virgo-Pisces axis - and wow. ze lessons abound.

I am so grateful to connect with Mary Kathryn @divinely_human who helped us understand what is going on in the stars, what these energies may be illuminating in our lives, and practical actionable advice on how to work with it (we love a grounded mystic đŸ§™â€â™€ïžâ™„ïž)

The Pisces–Virgo axis has been potent. We worked with the archetype of the “Practical Dreamer,” when the dreamer and the doer team up and are unstoppable.

One of my favorite elements was sitting in silence with writing prompts that sparked SO much within. I walked away inspired and crystal clear.

A few of my favorite questions i am still noodling on:

🌟What dream/desire/truth am I reclaiming now? AND. what does it require of me?

🌟What is the next step of devoted action, in pursuit of this dream?

deep sigh✹

Big thank you to Rachel Kelley for guiding us into the body, breath, and our voices ♄ Reminding us, in the face of frenetic eclipse energy ! we have tools that ground us home in the body.

And, how fun! The silliness to jump around and shake, giggle and sigh together!đŸ„°

Not pictured: the beautiful songs, heartfelt shares, and spoken prayers that led us all into the night!

And a shoutout to Brooke River, our firetender, poet and prayer holder. đŸ”„â™„ïž Tending the flames, sharing words, and helping send our prayers and intentions into the fire to reverberate across the cosmos 🙏

Thank you thank you thank you 🙏 to the beautiful women who showed up with their hearts, vulnerability, wisdom, prayers and heartfelt presence.

So beyond grateful for the weaving of energy, sharing of wisdom, and sweetness of vulnerability that consistently connects and inspires ♄

Thank you for crossing this threshold with us - more by @lilygracesol

Not gonna lie
I had to work through this oneđŸ„č

My sweetheart walked in with this orange leaf, and lovingly proclaimed

“Here is a beautiful reminder of the fleeting nature of time!
Fall is closer than we think
â˜ș”

He crinkled his nose lovingly.
I. Cringed.

đŸ«
“Dayum babe that is heavy!! Time is passing by so fast !? it’s scary
”

“Hm. Why does it have to be scary?”

And, there it was.

Hard to sit with that question without going deep.
Beyond the conscious stories and identities, lies the underlying friction
That had me cringing at a leaf.

Why was the passage of time, “scary” to me, in that moment

The answer surprised me.

The first thing I did, after that not so gentle reminder, was get de heck off the couch.đŸ€Ł

I hiked to the top of the hill
Flowed through Qi Gong meditation
And watched the colors of the sunset blaze across the sky

Yellows, oranges, purples, blues
So beautiful, serene, so lovely
Smol orange cat made an appearance as the fireflies emerged
And later rose the full moon

Hm.
Why does the passage of time seem scary to me

I pondered, watching the day fade into night
Growing more beautiful my the hour, the minute, the second

Do I think change is bad?
Nope, I welcome change, hm...

I think this is it.
I have a deep subconscious belief
that time is limited.
Like time is running out.

As if I were racing a clock,
trying to do everything I dream of doing,
before the timer runs out.

*But, there is no timer, dear one.
You are free of limits
*
My soul whispers

Maybe because I feel I have a big mission on this earth
I feel I have a lot to do,
a lot of people to help,
so much to learn to do it well-

*But you have everything you need
It is all happening in its own time
”

But fall is around the corner!?
How is it already July?
Time is passing so fast and I’ve just been, resting..

*Rest is so important.
You are exactly where you are supposed to be.
It is all unfolding in its own divine time
*

The mental image of a flower bud, unfurling its petals.

*Hands cannot force the petals open when they are not ready
The flower would ruin.
Instead, we watch.
Patiently.*

*Trusting the intelligence of the flower to unfurl in its own time..(cont) by @lilygracesol

Welcome to Guided by Sol 🌞

This space was born from a deep love of self-discovery, empowered healing, and reconnecting to the ever present guidance within.

Over the years, I’ve explored many paths, picking up tools to wield as I walk. Meditation, Qi Gong, energy healing, Ayurveda, subconscious freedom work, so many more - and, most profoundly, reconnecting to the Akashic Records.

Within each tool, the same truth continues to reveal itself:

The wisdom we seek is within us.
And often, it is seeking us too.

Now
developing the ears to hear it, strengthening that access point, clearing the noise that could distort it, and trusting the guidance as we receive it - that can be one of the greatest challenges we face on our journey.

And, on the other side of it?
One of the greatest gifts.

To reconnect with your own personal guidance, your spirit team, the support that is within you and around you at all times?
♄ so beautiful.

Remembering it is always there for us, accessible to all of us, at all times?
*insert empowering goosebumps*

Personalized answers, clarity, and insight into what you are facing at this moment on your path?
Valuable beyond measure.

AND - it is not unique â˜ș the records are available to all of us! We walk in, together.
One key intention of our time together is to help rekindle our innate connection.

Through an Akashic Records guidance session, we connect, drop into meditation, and from a grounded, clear, and protected space, we walk into your Records together.

The questions that are on your heart are welcome. We explore the personalized guidance that wants to come through at this time ♄ and, we help strengthen your access point to your own inner light (guided by your unique soul/sol🌞)

To learn more, visit guidedbysol.com.

It is a profound honor to help bridge that space and walk alongside others as they strengthen their connection to their own inner light, their own Sol. 🌞

If this resonates with where you are on your path, or the records have been calling you, let’s explore.

With love,

Missing home đŸ‡±đŸ‡§
Praying for peace

Praying for family
For the people
The ancient land

Praying for the trees,
the valleys
the rivers

Praying for the culture
For the little manoushe shops
where an old woman hands you the best saj you’ve ever tasted
from the window of her kitchen.

For the restaurants teeming with life,
where course after course of fresh-made mezze
decorate long tables, chairs filled with faces we love

For the resilience of jokes
For the music
The energy

Praying for a way of life that is so unique,
so poetic,
and on this side of the world, so often misunderstood.

There is so much beauty in the Middle East
These photos hardly a glimmer
Of the love
And centuries of history.
Centuries.

It breaks my heart to see the suffering
the destruction
the waste of land, life, and resources
How the decisions of a few
affect the hearts
and homes
of so many
for generations

I had the privilege of visiting home this past winter
after 3 years of not being able to return

It was beautiful
Seeing family again
Reintroducing ourselves after so much time
and so much growth apart.

Tears welled in my eyes, driving home from the airport,
through the winding traffic,
mountains on the horizon glinting with snow
as we drove with the windows down

Tears spilled over at our long awaited family reunion
Faces much older than I remembered.

Tears streamed at the arze,
the sacred Cedar trees,
The grandmother trees, older than ancient texts
Standing for centuries,
witness to so much
history

I planned to stay.
At least until the summer,
the most beautiful time of year
But by wild circumstance,
The airline gave me a free ticket,
Sent me back across the seas
the night before the airports closed.

It’s a strange, deep heartbreak
when relatives sigh in relief
as they put you on a plane.
“It’s better for you this way, safer”
away from home.

And always, the same quiet prayer
One day, it will be better

I hold that hope in prayer
In meditation, that frequency of peace,
The ultimate challenge,
Trust.

Walking through the Louvre, this painting struck me.

Pentecost.
The fire of spirit igniting,
A presence, a knowing.
Mary at the center
ready, receptive, grounded.
Almost like she is holding the field
while this inner knowing, made visible đŸ”„
ignites.

Tears in my eyes
This representation moved me.

The fire reminded me of a metaphor I loved.
Patrick Rothfuss in Name of the Wind (HIGHLY recommend, dear magick seeker) once described beauty like a fire. (I will butcher it with my bad memory now🙃)

“She was beautiful like a fire.
Not because the flame itself is beautiful,
but because of its *warmth.*
How it shifts the air around it.
People turn toward it, lean in,
and don’t quite know why.”

This is how wisdom feels, sparking something within us too.
Not through force or through explanation.
But through the *feeling,*
the warmth, the resonance,
the subtle lived embodiment
(as we subconsciously lean towards it)

It encapsulates one of the most profound lessons of the year:

Less talking.
More being.

Less explaining.
More embodying.

“People don’t remember what you say,
They remember how you made them feel.”

Although words can be like the wind
soft, fleeting,
‘in one ear and out the other’
- The body knows.

I faced this personally đŸ€Ł
Truths offered to me on silver platters,
wisdom plainly spoken
but it didn’t stickđŸ„č
Because I didn’t yet have the capacity to hold it
(yet)

I had to live it.
Feel it in my body.
Let it ripen.

I adore that age-old-adage:
When you’re ready,
something in you knows.

Suddenly, you have the ears hear.
Mind expands.
The heart opens.

And if we’re not ready—
the eyes glaze, the mind wanders

And that’s okay too sweet self♄

Because true resonance returns.
Quietly, synchronistically,
Echoing through our lived experience

Until one day
Something within ignitesđŸ”„
A knowing

Not always as this bright burst of flame
But slowly, subtly, an ever-growing warmth
Felt.

This, for now, is enough.
Fanning the flames of the lived emanation.
Fostering the warmth.
Unseen, unspoken, but felt ♄

This, my dear.
This is enough đŸŒč

Happy happy Solstice 🌞
dear brilliant divine spark you are!
Blessings on blessings on blessings,
To you and your loved ones
As we dance through the longest night,
And step sure-footed
into the dawning of the light! 🌞

Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year,
when darkness reaches its deepest point,
and turns.
Subtle yet profound,
we revel in the lessons and bow.
“Thank you darkness for your teachings...”
The wheel quietly turns, and the days lengthen again.

For many cultures, celebrating the solstice was honoring the midpoint
A threshold between
darkness, and light!
Fires were lit, candles kindled, community gathered, and songs were sung đŸŽ¶
Not to banish the darkness !!
We recognize how important, the darkness is for all beings that grow.
(especially the seedsđŸŒ±)

No! The songs were sung to celebrate! 🎉

To honor
and REMEMBER
the sacred balance ⚖
â˜Żïž

We need both, the world needs both, the seeds within need both.

Aaaand we also celebrate the coming of summer
the warmth, the harvestđŸŒŸ
equally revel in excitement
for the lengthening of the light.

The solstice reminded our ancestors (mine Celtic🌈+đŸ‡±đŸ‡§) that light is never lost
Just restingđŸ„°
Like the seeds, germinating
below the earth’s surface
Not lost or broken, but resting
before their great journey
bursting through their shells,
muscling through the layers of dirt
to sprout! Green and vibrant
when they’re ready for Spring đŸŒ±

We are like that too!
Seasons of rest, seasons of growth.
Seasons to pause and reflect, to garner our energy
so that when it’s time, we are ready to absolutely burst into the light 🌞
(share this metaphor with your parents next time they bother you with infinity questions 😂 “my seeds be germinating, momâ€đŸ€Ł)

So rest love, and honor this sacred pause!
The deep womb of the year.
A threshold where nothing needs to bloom yet.
only to breathe,
to ✹trust,✹
And remember that returning light begins invisibly
and, inevitably!
Like clockwork.

“May this darkest night hold you gently.
May what is tired be allowed to rest,
what is heavy be laid down,
and what is meant to rise
begin to within you.
May the returning light find you ready,
beckoning you into the Spring.” 🌑✹🌾 taken in ChĂąteau de MontsĂ©gur by @lilygracesol

Rise, gentle warrior. ♄

In a world that teaches urgency,
choose presence.
In a time that rewards numbness,
choose feeling.
In a society that paves over the living, breathing elements,
Come back to nature.

Sometimes the most rebellious thing we can do
in this achingly modern, isolated world
is to reconnect
with our humanness,
with our own soft, sensing bodies,
with the earth beneath our feet.

This Fall asked me to rest.
To root.
To slow enough to listen.

Color burst across the Appalachian treeline🍁
gold, rust, crimson
lifting my gaze from my stormy heart, up - to the brilliant canopy in wonder.
A quiet reminder:
there is so much beauty here,
still.

Holy heck.
How powerful it is
to meet heaviness with beauty.
Cortisol with laughter.
Overthinking with song.

I let myself make art again!!
not to escape life,
not to perform an identity,
but as a humble witness.

As a way back into my body.
Back into the present moment.
Out of looping stories
and into the simple, sacred act
of being alive.

What a gift it was
to land among magickal souls
artists, musicians, poets, yogis, druids, priestesses, wizards
most of whom are far too vast
to be named by any single word.

They showed me the potency of the road less traveled. The medicine that going back to old ways can bring. The power of gathering, of growing, of reinventing the village in this day and age.

Hands in the soil.
Learning the sweetness and challenge
of growing food from the land that holds us. The explosion of flavor, nutrition, and joy when a seed you planted is now in your salad. Wow.

The power of sound
Opening our voices
Remembering vibration as medicine
Music as a way to metabolize
the full rainbow of emotion
within and around us.

There is artistry in all of it.
In nearly everything.
In the way we listen.
In the way we tend.
In the way we *choose* to be here.

“Live each moment like a prayer.
A moving meditation, steeped in gratitude.
Treat everything like it is your altar,
and your altar, in turn,
holds everything.”

So here are the lessons, summarized as best as I can fueled by two double espressos, croissant and nostalgia

Have you been feeling
 off lately?
Exhausted. Emotional.
Sporadically lightheaded. Brain fog.
Wired but tired. Sensitive.
Maybe even strangely introspective?

On 11/11/25, the Northern Lights reached as far south as North Carolina
a visible sign of intense solar activity. 🌞✹

Seeing it helped me recognize just how much we may be impacted by solar shifts.
It couldn’t just be me
 right?

When I approached our women’s and Reiki circles with curiosity about others’ experiences, we were floored to find many of us moving through remarkably similar things.

After tracking and researching it, patterns began to emerge alongside the solar activity
sometimes almost to the T.

I hoped November would be the worst of it, but found myself yesterday completely exhausted, taking shelter in a café, feeling like there wasn’t enough sleep or coffee in the world to move through this untouched.

So
 what’s actually happening?
Externally. Internally.
And how can we support our systems through it?

This carousel gently explores both the science and the energetic lens, connecting the dots between increased solar flare activity, Earth’s geomagnetic field, and our bodies that exist within it.

I found myself talking about this so often that I created this resource
to help visually explain what’s happening, why so many of us felt it, and how we can support ourselves
weaving together NASA data, space weather science, nervous system research, lived experience, and an energetic perspective.

We are bioelectrical beings living inside Earth’s magnetic field. When that field shifts, some nervous systems feel it more than others.

This isn’t about fear.
Quite the opposite
it’s about awareness, self-trust, and offering ourselves (and each other) the compassion and grace needed to move through this time with more ease.

If this resonates, you’re not alone. ♄
If it doesn’t, that’s okay too.

Save this, share it with someone who’s been feeling funky, and most of all
listen to your body. đŸ€

Curious to hear: did you notice anything shift for you this month?
