Raw footage from inside The Unit as some of the lads put the final pieces together ahead of Europe’s Strongest Man and other upcoming competitions.

Different goals. Different stages. Same environment.

This is what competition prep really looks like. heavy sessions, hard graft and everyone pushing each other to be better.

The work gets done here 🦍

Our very first competition back in April and what a way to start.

From the athletes battling it out on the platform, to the trade stands, brands, food, chefs on the grill and everything happening behind the scenes… this was about bringing the whole strength community together. 🏋️‍♂️

What started as our first event has grown into something we’re incredibly proud of.

And this was only the beginning. 👀

More athletes. Bigger events. More brands. More experiences.

We’re just getting started. 🦾

🌍 WORLD’S STRONGEST MAN AT UNIT GYM 🌍

On Saturday 27th June, we had the privilege of welcoming @raynonel_strongman to Unit Gym for a full Strongman Seminar.

The day was split between a hands-on workshop and an open Q&A, giving everyone who attended the chance to learn, ask questions and get genuine one-to-one time with one of the best in the world.

That’s exactly what we want these days to be about — not overcrowded seminars where you barely get a chance to speak to the athlete, but proper access, proper coaching and the opportunity to learn from people who have reached the very top of the sport.

@raynonel_strongman was an absolute class act from start to finish and couldn’t have been more helpful with everyone who came down.

A brilliant day for the gym and hopefully the first of many more seminars like this at Unit Gym. 💪

🎥 A look back at the day…

Everyone’s gone online. Strongman isn’t just about following a programme on your phone. It’s about learning the details, fixing technique in real time, building confidence, and having a coach there when the weight gets heavy.

Online coaching is okay but it’s not the best. You need someone to be there to spot all the minor details which cameras won’t pick up. Strongman coaching has become all about online coaching and a numbers game but

That’s exactly what limitless coaching is bringing to the unit.

🔥 In-person Strongman Coaching.
🏋️ Technique refinement.
💪 Event-specific training.
📈 Programming tailored to you.
🤝 Real coaching. Real feedback. Real results.

If you’re serious about getting stronger, competing, or simply want to experience Strongman the way it’s meant to be trained, this is for you.

Make sure you give Lloyd from @limitless_private_coaching a follow and DM to get started!
