I wanted to share something interesting about these two pictures. The first one was taken at the Jefferson Ghost Tour last year on 7/29/17 and the second one was taken tonight at the same tour. When I was looking for the picture from last year, I found a picture of my weight as well. I weighed 5 lbs less than I do now but I remember feeling so much worse than I did tonight and I know it was because of my diet! Last year before the tour, I ate a big plate of pasta, bread, and probably sweet tea. Tonight I had unsweetened tea and about 10 onion petals (we only had an appetizer because we didn’t have time for dinner). Yes it was hot and sweaty and I did A LOT of walking but oh my God, I felt soooooo much better! Thank God I started this journey when I did! #lowcarblifestyle #nsv #igotthis #justkeepsgettingbetter P.S. How funny I had a huge pimple last year and a huge pimple this year!
