Appreciation post for the coolest coach in the world!!!!!

I can’t say enough about my brotha @pretty_boyzac. You’re truly a stand-up guy, amazing coach, incredible mentor and above all you’ve become one of my closest friends. You treat everyone you meet like family, with so much respect and kindness. You’ve given me more than just dope stage packages and more than a few laughs, you’ve shown me a blueprint to being a top-tier coach and given me another family within bodybuilding. Girl Dad Moment.

I hid behind the island in the kitchen to eat my PB&J rice cakes.

Alora found me…

As I sat there watching her lick all the jelly off, put peanut butter in her hair, and wipe her hand ls on my pants, I realized that this was as good as it gets.

Exhausted from the day, on the floor, eating a snack with my daughter.

It’s the little things fellas….

Your kids aren’t burdens.
You don’t need personal space.
They are only this little for today.
One day, you will no longer be their priority.
Soak it up and be present for the moments.

I don’t laugh and smile much…but my kids get me..every time.

Hope you enjoy the moment. I know it made my day.

Putting on your own lashes is ghetto 😑 even as a pro i struggle to put mine on sometimes lol. If that’s you too I highly recommend the @kissnails lash glue liner. I wore the @ardellbeauty naked lashes 424. My new fav! If you’re like me and prefer a light weight lash that isn’t too big you will love these. I didn’t even feel them 🙌🏾 if you’re a glam girl ignore this lol

My favorite stage glam to date! I did an all matte eye shadow look for the first time on stage and I loved it. Shout out to @contessabrule for confirming because I was debating it for a few weeks and it’s fun to switch things up a bit. I’ll be sharing all the details later this week.
