Anyone for cricket? 🏏

Lindsey Spinks loved creating an illustration for Radio Times’ latest listings page, for Radio 4’s The Food Programme feature on cricket teas.

The illustration is a perfect example of Lindsey’s charming, whimsical style with a hand-drawn aesthetic that is full of sunshine, colour and intricate detail.

We've also included a selection of Lindsey's initial sketches, offering a glimpse into her creative process and the different visual directions she explored before arriving at her final artwork.

Huge thanks to the design team at Radio Times for this fun commission.

Lindsey is an absolute dream to work with, so if you’d like to discuss working with her, please get in touch 🔗

Last week I had the pleasure of celebrating the launch of The Matcha Maker Café, written by @lilychen_author aka Tania Tay and published by @panmacmillan

It was so great to meet the whole team behind the book and learn more about how it came to life ✨

It was a hot day but there were plenty of matcha themed refreshments and gorgeous bakes made by Tania, including these cute matcha and vanilla cupcakes 🧁

Thank you for having me! 🩷

Congratulations @lilychen_author !
Lovely launch for #thematchamakercafe yesterday in the heatwave. Great to have a launch with the whole team behind the book represented from agent to author to editor @panmacmillan to design and PR and cover illustrator @lindseyspinks and the audio book narrator too who really brought the book to life in a reading. Looking forward to settling down with a matcha latte to read it with all her voices in my head.
Sorry not to have her name to hand to tag- maybe someone can do so in the comments??
Gorgeous cover, funny and romantic - perfect for a chilled sunny day.
