HAPPY BOOK LOVERS DAY! ❤️‍🔥📚✨ there’s not a single place on earth i love being in more than between the pages of a book! i have discovered so many authors, stories, worlds, and characters & met so many wonderful people in this crazy little bookish corner of the internet. i will always be so insanely grateful for it! books have given me so much more than stories to read. they’ve given me comfort on hard days, excitement when i needed an escape, characters to love like old friends, worlds i never wanted to leave, and countless reasons to stay up way too late reading. and somehow, my love for books has also led me to some of the kindest, funniest, most passionate people i’ve ever met. getting to share my love of reading, scream over fictional characters, scream about plot twists, add approximately 500 books to my tbr, and discover new favorites alongside all of you has made this little community so incredibly special to me. 🥹 so today, i’m celebrating every kind of reader! the ones who devour a book in a day, the ones who savor every page, the mood readers, the genre-hoppers, the rereaders, the annotators, the audiobook listeners, the library lovers, the collectors, the ARC readers, and everyone who has ever found a little piece of themselves between the pages of a book! happy book lovers day to all of us who know that there really is no better feeling than finding a book that makes you laugh, cry, scream, stay up too late, or completely forget where you are… or all of the above! ily guys sm!! 💌 - #bookloversday #bookstacommunity #readersofbookstagram #bookishcommunity #nationalbookloversday

I am truly in awe and amazed at the way my little hobby has grown. In the 3(ish) years I've had this account, through its ups and downs, it has been a pleasure. It truly means the world and more that anyone at all cares about my posts, so I wanted to share the love and spotlight some individuals who have made me feel like a real part of this community and whose posts inspire me to read even more. I can only tag + mention 30 people in the comments/post so please know if you're reading this, you're special to me too! Thank you, thank you. <3 @kamilovesbooks @biblio.taurus @angelvcaareads @starchildreadss @bookeedex @rhi.reads2 @fosteredfiction @hwslibrarycard @tinasmovinglibrary @bentobooknook

meet me in 5s: a book tag! ✨ I saw sweet @lydiasreading do this yesterday, and I couldn’t resist! 5 of my favorites for each category, and honestly, I think this is pretty accurate when it comes to me and what I love! I really struggled with the book section though- I have so many favorites that I struggled to narrow it down! the ‘meet me in 5s’ categories: books, movies, tv shows, albums, and tropes! here’s what I chose: books: Ninth House by @lbardugo Heir of Storms by @laurynhamiltonmurray Heavenly Bodies by @authorimanierriu Blood Over Bright Haven by @ M. L. Wang One Dark Window by @rmgillig movies: Nightcrawler Twilight (duh!) Almost Famous Arrival The Perks of Being a Wallflower tv shows: Gilmore Girls New Girl Criminal Minds Avatar: The Last Airbender The Pitt albums: Wasteland, Baby! Stick Season (Forever) Young the Giant Harry’s House Birthplace tropes: forced proximity found family academic rivals-to-lovers why choose (i’m picky abt this one but i still love it) ✨a vulnerable bathing scene WITH hair washing✨ as always, I tagged some besties who I’d love to see do this, but if you see this— I tag you! happy monday, friends! 🫶🏼 - #meetmein5s #booktags #booktrend #meetthebookstagrammer #myfavoritethings

I HIT 200 FOLLOWERS!!! Im feeling so excited and so grateful for everyone here :) I have had this account for over 4 years. It has been through a lot (and has been neglected for a while) until I wanted to really dedicate to posting this summer. I still have a lot to learn, but a lot of why I love this account is the community and the friends I’ve made! Here are some of my favorite accounts I look up to as I continue to try and improve my page. Thanks to everyone who’s here and has stuck around through the ups and downs of this account. I’m feeling very blessed today🫶🏻 (also last slide just reminiscing on the many past vibes of my grid and how rough it used to look🫢) #books #booksta #bookstagram #bookstagrammer #200

Just a few of the most creative, insightful, and sweet bookstagrammers whose content I always look forward to! I wanted to shout out some great accounts as a little bit of a celebration post for me hitting 1k (which is still SO insane to me). I started this account in 2023, took a loooooong hiatus because my life was so crazy, but I got back into it again because I needed a creative outlet and a community to share my passions for books with. Moving to a new state alone to start a new job has been hard, but posting on this account has made adjusting to such a big change easier. It gives me something to look forward to and feel familiar with in a world of newness. Gaining followers is the last thing I'm concerned with, but it is truly so rewarding to know that so many people want to follow along with me. With that being said, please show some love to some of my favorite accounts I tagged in this post :)!
