ome people meditate by sitting still. Lisa meditates by catching waves. 🌊 For Lisa, surfing isn't about competing or proving anything. It's where she finds peace, clears her mind, and reconnects with herself. That same mindset carries over to the jiu-jitsu mats—showing up, staying present, and embracing the journey one day at a time. It's a reminder that we all need something that keeps us grounded. Whether it's surfing, jiu-jitsu, hiking, or simply getting outside, find the thing that fills your cup... and make time for it. Lisa's story is about much more than Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. It's about finding confidence, discovering community, and realizing that one small decision can completely change the direction of your life. 🎙️ Watch the full conversation with Lisa now. The full episode is available on our YouTube channel, and you can also listen on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and iHeartRadio. Didn’t turn out the way we had planned. Another lesson learned on our journey. Thanks to @mi_ahh and all my Kansept teammates for the training. Thanks to everyone who was there to support me. We don’t take these relationships for granted and cherish them deeply. On to the next. OSS

We saw @lisaeatsyopizza surfing in our new Mauka to Makai Active and had to share! We asked her how it held up in the water and she said, “Absolutely love the print and it’s so buttery soft, will need more in different prints! It was perfect for surfing, the waves were a little choppier and messy this day and it didn’t budge one bit!” We worked on this collection for over a year to get it just right and seeing it out and about now makes our heart so happy! Be sure to tag us in your adventures. It seriously makes our day! #hawaiismallbusiness #oahuhawaii #surfing #hawaii
