Happy birthday to the strongest woman I know! ❤️

Mom, you have carried so much with grace and never let any of it slow down your love for us. Your strength has been our foundation, and your dedication to this family shows up in a thousand ways, big and small, every single day. Everything good starts with you.

We are so lucky to call you ours. Here’s to celebrating YOU today and always. Love you, Mom! 🎂

Grand opening! Grand River Periodontics has a new home! 🎉

Congratulations to Dr. Rachel Sinacola and her team on the opening of their beautiful new location off the East Beltline in Grand Rapids!

Getting to this point has been quite the journey! We spent a couple of years discussing, planning, and exploring several different scenarios before ultimately finding the right fit in this incredible space next to Third Coast Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. It’s exciting to see everything come together and watch a vision that started years ago become a reality!

Dr. Sinacola has taken a leap of faith that not everyone is willing to take, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the trust she’s placed in me throughout this entire process. Her energy is contagious, and she’s the kind of person you want in your corner. It’s been a pleasure partnering with her to bring this vision to life!

The new space perfectly captures the warm, cozy, and inviting atmosphere that Dr. Sinacola and her team provide their patients every day. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for the practice, the staff, and the patients in this next chapter!

Of course, projects like this are never accomplished alone. It takes an awesome team of people working together to make it happen. A special shoutout to the following, among many others, who played a role in bringing this project across the finish line:

Stefan Green | Bank of America
Matt LaMaster | LaMaster Law
Tim Anema | T2 Construction
Dwayne Masselink | InterActive Studio
Lee Wolff | Silvergrass Studio
Kaitlyn Cole | Seventh Harbor Design Studio
Rico Ponce | Patterson Dental
Lisa Davis | Patterson Dental
Rebecca Melton | PMAX Dental Marketing

Dr. Sinacola, congratulations again! It’s been an honor to be in your corner, and I’m excited to watch you and your team continue to grow. Here’s to the next chapter! 🥂

Different ages. Different goals. Different body types.
Different stories. One thing in common…

They made a decision.

A decision to stop waiting.
A decision to stop settling.
A decision to start doing something different.

This is your reminder that transformation is possible.
Not because these people are special, but because they got into action and decided to show up for themselves.

And now, the same system that helped me and all these people create the results you see, is at the lowest price it’s ever been in our company’s 24-year history.

So here’s my question…

If you could improve your body composition, increase your energy, and feel better in your own skin for about $8-$10 a day…

Would you do it?

If you’re ready to stop waiting and you’re ready to start taking action, comment READY.

And who knows…A few months from now, your transformation story could be the one inspiring someone else to take action. 😘

Grief is heavy, so we figured we’d just go somewhere where the air is hot and heavy to sweat it out for an hour in yoga sculpt. Proud of this one for showing up for herself today. It’s not a cure, but it’s medicine along the way. Supporting each other doesn’t always need a big long talk, sometimes it’s just showing up and surviving a sweaty workout together. Love you and your heart, @lisajoppiedavis 🫶🏻🙏

IT’S HERE.
02.22.26 ✨ 2️⃣2️⃣2️⃣

And if I’m being completely honest…
as excited as I am, I’m also nervous.

Because I want these pages to matter.
I want them to be a catalyst—not just words on paper.
I want them to shift something in you, in the reader, in the world.

And yes… I want to know, deep in my bones, that I am enough to be a published author.

And that’s exactly why I wrote Chapter 2️⃣2️⃣ is titled:

WRITE YOUR OWN DAMN ENDING.

Because life can change in a heartbeat…
and when it does, it reveals something powerful:

✨ the unbreakable core of who you are

This book is for the moment when the story you planned no longer fits…

and you realize you’re allowed to choose a new ending.

❌Not louder.
❌Not harder.
✅But truer.

📖 Audacious Expansion is officially live today‼️📚

My goal is that this chapter meets you right where you are, share it with someone who needs the reminder.

Blessed. Grateful. Ready for the ripple.

Join us tonight at 8:30pm for the virtual launch party and don’t forget to grab your copy today!

Looking back on 2025, our hearts are full—with gratitude, pride, and the unmistakable spirit of A.K. Rikk’s. 👏

This year wasn’t just about beautiful experiences; it was about the people who made them unforgettable. Our clients are the why behind everything we do. You can shop anywhere—but you choose to gather here, celebrate here, and connect here. That choice means more to us than words can say. ✨

Being known for our experiences means honoring every detail and creating moments that feel rare, personal, and truly impossible to replicate anywhere else. ❤️

As we step into 2026, we do so inspired, deeply thankful, and excited to create even more magic together. 🥰

I avoided strength training for so long! Even thought I would get bulky😝 Then the menopause bulge hit and it was the only thing that made a difference 💪🏻
PS. Benefits of the garage gym: Ugg clogs and winter gloves, heck yeah!

✨ What. A. Night! ✨
Our 3D Study Club session last night was a 💥 10/10 💥 thanks to our amazing presenter @lisajoppiedavis , who came all the way from Grand Rapids to dive deep into color theory, communication styles, and intentional design — and how these can radically transform your practice culture! 🎨🧠💬

We laughed the entire time 😂, learned a ton, and definitely confirmed one thing… Dr. Weiner is officially in the RED! ❤️

Huge shoutout to @_zafzal 🙌 for leading and setting up this incredible session. And of course, a BIG thank you to our sponsor @thecarrolinas🏙️ for making this inspiring evening possible.

We’re feeling energized, inspired, and grateful for this community that loves to learn and grow together. 🤘🔥💪 @seattlestudyclub
