💜Chant and be happy.📿
One year into my harmonium and chanting journey and nothing will stop me.
Nothing will stop me from being a creator in this lifetime.
Even this month long congestion in my chest 🤣

If you stick around to listen, thank you. I hope it brings you peace 🫶

Transcend CT 2026 💜🤍🖤

Every year I am in awestruck wonder how beautiful this community is, and how it's even remotely possible that we all continue to show up for not only ourselves but eachother in the grandest of ways. The teachers, the learners, the brave souls trying something new, meeting new friends, and emphatically embracing the ones we've bonded with in our festival journeys is an experience we truly never forget.

Thank you to those who came up to the Mountain again this year to learn about Chakras & Reiki, and letting our light radiate the treetops. 🙌

Thank you for those showing up to the @ahampremaglow booth and the incredible Mindful Market, and those artists who showcased their incredible talents and gifts.

There was a time not so long ago I felt alone. Learning to navigate who I always was. Chipping away piece by piece to figure out my truth. But seeing all of you reminds me why I did it all, and how I continue to learn and grow. That's why we're yogis, right? The journey is the best damn part. To never be the same, to continue to grow and discover. And most importantly- to find people along the way to hold your hand, to hype you up and to keep grinding along side you. This is our community, our yogi family, the friends we honestly never knew we needed (and the ones we deserved).

I could never thank my lucky stars enough for sending Aria into my life on that fateful festival day and dragging my ass to CT for the first time. Because I have never seen connection and community quite like this.

Thank you Transcend Fam for always slaying it, and let the countdown begin until next time! ✌️

My heart is so full. 🥹✨

I don’t even know if words can fully capture what Transcend means to me anymore.

This event — and this community — has become an anchor in my life through some of my highest highs and some of my lowest lows. No matter what life has thrown at me, somehow I come back here… to this community, to this purpose, to creating a space where people can show up exactly as they are and feel held, seen, connected and alive.

There is something so incredibly special about watching this little world come to life every year.

Seeing my festie besties. Hugging familiar faces. Meeting the people experiencing Transcend for the first time. Watching strangers become friends. Watching people laugh, cry, dance, breathe, move, heal, release and remember pieces of themselves they may have forgotten.

Creating this sacred container for so much love, healing, expression and connection is one of the greatest honors of my life.

And the wildest part is that while I may be the one creating Transcend, Transcend has held and healed me right back. 🤍

To every facilitator who shares their gifts, every vendor who brings their magic, every volunteer who gives their time, every artist and musician who brings the energy, every friend who has supported this crazy vision, and every single person who chooses to spend their weekend with us — thank you.

Thank you for trusting this space.
Thank you for bringing your energy into it.
Thank you for continuing to grow this beautiful, weird, wild, loving little family with me.

I have an immense amount of gratitude for all of you.

Another Transcend in the books. Another reminder of why I keep doing this.

Until we transcend again. ✨🖤

Tne final photo dump because these pictures make me smile way too much! 📸✨
It was an absolute joy organizing this for the Cancer Wellness Center of NEPA, but it definitely feels good to finally relax. Huge thanks again to our hosts @margarita_azul, our incredible vendors @funnyfarmnepa, @casaglow, @hennabymaishaaa, @theburntnortonwb, and everyone who came out to support.
Now onto the next! Get ready for our Brooms & Brews floating SUP event in October, plus maybe something special in December... stay tuned! 👀🧹🎃✨

Become the best salesmen at selling yourself on a better version of yourself. In some ways that's what discipline is.

The problem is we've been conditioned to think about improvement only in terms of cost, what we "sacrifice". A car dealer wouldn't do very well selling you a car if all he focused on was price, maintenance costs, insurance costs etc....

Focus on the happiness your fighting for, the peace of mind.

As an empowerment coach who believes in elevating mind, body and spirit, I do not want to be in charge of doing the heavy lifting in all these areas for all my clients.
That's why Warrior Heart is about cultivating the health and wellness networks!

In that spirit I've tagged a whole bunch of businesses and professionals I vouch for and believe in!

Rollin’ 9 to 5… 🌀🦋✨💖
Scenes from a full Dolly Parton-themed @rollgahealth foam rolling class at @ohmfest_yogaartmusicfestivalde yesterday 💖

Dolly inspired not just the music & the lyrics but the entire spirit of the class.

Honestly might be the best playlist I’ve ever foam rolled to... (missed opportunity not to include ROLLENE, ROLLENE, ROLLENE, ROLLENE 🤣 but otherwise 10/10)

Butterflies everywhere (including all over the stage and a real one right by my car when packing up, which @lisamoyoga can confirm!), lots of laughter and sunlight and smiles and hugs. Another great year at OhmFest!

Biggest thank you to @shaktiyogatribe @ruby.302.yoga and the entire OhmFest commUNITY 🦋💖✨

I will always love you!

PS anyone who wants this full @dollyparton playlist, send me a DM.

🚨 BIG NEWS 🗞️:
Human Reformer is making its *FESTIVAL DEBUT*… this weekend - Saturday, August 29 - at OhmFest 🦋✨

Thrilled to share that I’ll be returning to @ohmfest_yogaartmusicfestivalde for the third year running and leading two sessions:

🦋 Human Reformer Pilates from 12:30-1:30
and
🦋 Rolling with my Foamies from 3-4pm

This is the first time @humanreformer will be presented at a yoga festival (ANY yoga fest in the country, aaah!) and I absolutely cannot wait to bring this AMAZING format to the festival circuit. Y’all are going to LOVE ITTTTT! 💖

And of course, beyond excited to bring back my signature Rolling with my Foamies 🌀✨🫶

For both of these incredible formats, there are upcoming certifications and workshops too… so come get a taste of them this weekend and then see if you want more!

Tickets are still available!!!

PS can’t stop posting about @dollyparton and a few of her songs will definitely be on the playlists this weekend... even more than her music, her spirit of being kind, making people laugh, dreaming big, and living life to the fullest will be present.

“You’ll never do a whole lot unless you’re brave enough to try.”

So here we go 🦋
Better get to LIVIN’!
(Don’t forget to throw in a little forgivin’
and lovin’ on the way)

How about instead of the festival-wide meditation at the end of the day this year, let’s put the love and light and good energy out all day long through the ENTIRE festival 🙏

Hope to see you this weekend in Delaware!!
